I placed an order through the app and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to not be able to find my order even though it showed that I was at the right location and my order had went through. Despite that Terry who was working the window was extremely nice and made sure we got our order. Major shout out to him because they obviously had a big rush going on and were very busy. He could have been upset/rude/not filled our order but instead he was very kind and made it right for us. Instead of feeling like we never want to come back to this location because of the long wait and our order being messed up we definitely will be coming back.

This is what a Super Sonic Burrito look like now. Thiswas the worse burrito ever. This was definitely not worth $5. I’ve gotten better Jr. burritos than this. When I picked up the bag, it felt as though it was nearly empty. When I got to work and opened it; I was totally disappointed! You guys have to know this is not worth the money.

Unfit to eat…..Horrible place. My burger was raw and now have food poisoning. Called corporate to tell them to pull the meat but no response. Kid working in the kitchen is going to kill someone not cooking meat to temperature. Corporate could care less. Have been sick for days and missed work. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I don’t believe these people could poor water out of a glass if the instructions was on the bottom. I ordered a #2 with jalapeños, tots with cheese, large diet Dr Pepper. Got regular Dr Pepper, tots no cheese, and a burger that taste nothing like SONIC normally taste. I know it’s hard to get good help these days but this is ridiculous….

Just came from there it’s 10:10pm Tuesday. And they really gave me burnt chili for my medium fries. Couldn’t eat it, had to chunk it in the trash and I’m not made out of money.

The service and food here is reliably great. And the lobby is clean and welcoming. 5 stars. The one thing I will say is that the breakfast offerings are often WAY to salty. Probably just a cook over seasoning the eggs or whatever. I’d encourage management to look into that. Other than that, this place is great!
