Here’s my honest opinion: aesthetics looked great and the place looked nice. When I ordered my coffee I felt very rushed and the guy at the register wasn’t very friendly or helpful to be honest. There was another guy that was nicer and answered some of the questions we had about the drinks. The coffee was very light and kind of flavorless. It basically tasted like the milk you drink when you finish the cereal. We also got a few desserts and they did not taste fresh either. We ended up spending $80 on 6 coffees and 4 desserts which to me is overpriced considering the area and what we got. I probably won’t go back considering all of us threw away full cups of coffee. I hope they can change their beans or syrups because I would like to go back.

I have been here twice and each time has been pleasant. It’s such a luxurious, elegant atmosphere. From the gold plating, to the suites, to the ethnic music, I love this place! Everything is well worth it, I’d rather spend $7 on a drink here than at Bigbys because this is genuine handcrafted stuff. Everything biscoff here is delicious. Their lattes aren’t too sweet and aren’t super strong either. And all their cheesecakes are slightly fluffy and nice, I did notice they aren’t very rich, mainly milky rather than creamy due to less cream cheese, I don’t mind because that’s how they’re affordable. I love the cocoons/suites they have! They’re perfect for taking care of business and having some privacy. They have TVs in them that play their commercial, I am not sure if you can request a remote for it. I will keep coming back!

The coffee here is great. Whether you stay or go it’s nice. Cool cubbies to join friends for a meet up or do some studying the place is well lit and inviting. You can enjoy some pastries while you are here. Prices are a bit steep for my liking but as I stated before the coffee hits!

I visited Ben Castle Coffee House, and the overall experience was very pleasant.
The place is tidy, and the decor is luxurious and eye-catching. It creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends or even studying and working. The service is fast and friendly, and the staff is respectful and friendly.
I tried the Brown Sugar Latte, and it was very delicious. I highly recommend it. They also have a nice variety of drinks and desserts, such as croissants. Some of the items were excellent.

Overall its a good place to chill out.
But the quality of the food needs to be updated because their dessert doesn’t taste right and flavors of the drinks are very light.
We tried cheesecake and Croissant which was old and hard inside. Even after toasting up the Croissant it was hard inside and cold.
We also tried 2 different matchas which wasn’t the best. I hope they increase the quality of food because thats a good place to do bussiness.

My EMS crew stopped in on a whim to check out a different coffee spot other than Timmy’s or Dunkin’ and was pleasantly surprised. Such a cool location with top tier bakery and drink options. An Iced & Frappé Biscoff and a Pistachio Frappé were ordered and we all loved our drinks! Bakery items were fresh and delicious as well, in addition to excellent customer service! Highly recommend a stop in. We can’t wait to be posted near them again!

Wow! What can I say a lot? The gentleman behind the counter was amazing. Knew all about the special tea desserts and the specialty drinks this place has an amazing atmosphere. I was able to sit in one of the private booths and enjoy my coffee with my partner. We had an amazing time, nice clean inviting. My coffee was amazing. Their pistachio latte was just the right sweetness. Definitely check this place out. Definitely bring your friends nice and relaxing.

This coffee house was amazing, as were the friendly employees. I love the cozy vibe and the beautiful interior design. The desserts all looked delicious, and the iced matcha latte was beautifully prepared, although I wish our drinks had been served in jars as advertised on their social page. I definitely recommend it.
