Listen, just because this or that item is running a special on the app doesn’t mean the item should be mass prepared and of lower quality than any other standard item. This includes, corn dogs which should be crisp and fresh, not soft and rubbery. Ordered a medium Reeses sonic blast that showed $5.19 on the menu. Should have been around $5.70 with tax. We were charged $6.90. Looks like we are being charged for a large but getting a medium. Someone is keeping the difference.Multiply that by 10 or 20 times a day!

Another Greenville eatery to add to my no go list. Ordered a #10 with large fries, route 44 diet coke, cheddar peppers and large popcorn chicken and got cold popcorn chicken, cold fries, cold peppers and the route 44 diet coke. The sandwich was MIA. Called and was told oh you weren’t charged for the sandwich….not the point. I did not get what I ordered, you gave me what you wanted and could not care less….and it was cold! I’m so over it!

Dirty and banged up order signs. Creepy homeless dude with knife on his hip just staring at us while we waited. He approached and asked for money as we got our food.

I don’t understand how the “Food service” Work here. I order a large Coke & food. I checked my food but not my drink… as I was leaving, I tasted my drink, and it taste like Nasty acid. Looked in the top and it was clear, Like sprite. Obviously, whoever fixed my drink did not care that it was out. Its obvious you could look at it tell it wasn’t correct. The car next to mine also sent their drinks back. A part of customer service is also providing quality food!
