Fries were very greasy. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and the patties were dry and one of them looked like it was burnt around the edge. I’m almost certain that our food had been sitting because it came out to fast and nothing was fresh. My daughter threw her burger away and so did I. We wasted $25 on some garbage. Sonic’s y’all need to get it together!

This sonic is the worst one in this whole area. They always get our order wrong or forget stuff and then are super rude and untimely with fixing their mistakes. I understand getting something wrong every once in a while and everybody has bad days some time but this is like consistent behavior for the last 6 months. I suggest going to a different sonic!

I know it’s late but I had to post this. Visited them in March during my lunch break. Didn’t check my food until I was almost back at work. So no time to return. Ordered the Super Sonic Burrito, no tots. This is what I got. See pics. I was flabbergasted at what I got. Hurt my feelings when I saw it. I couldn’t believe they actually sent this out.

Whomever was making the slashes tonight took no pride in presentation. Both slashes were dripping juice. I also ordered a medium chili cheese fry. Now this was my first time ordering this item but it seemed awfully small. The American cheese slice almost took me out as I was expecting shredded cheese instead. The fries were lukewarm to say the least; the cheese was warm, not melted. Overall it could have been better.

Got my food the bag was greasy. The tater tots where so greasy that oil was standing in the tater tot cup. Grease wasted all over my clothes. How can you bring food out like this. This is totally unacceptable.
