I had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Julia. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing and checked in at all the right times.

Julia was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations, which really helped since Buffalo Wild Wings has so many options. Our food and drinks came out exactly as ordered, hot and fresh, and any small requests we had were handled quickly and with a positive attitude.

What stood out the most was her energy and professionalism. Even though the restaurant was busy, she never seemed rushed or annoyed and treated us like we were her priority. It’s clear she takes pride in her job and cares about the customer experience.

Because of Julia, our visit was enjoyable and stress-free, and she truly made the difference. If you’re dining at this Buffalo Wild Wings, I highly recommend asking for her, she’s an excellent server and an asset to the team.

This BWs is trash if you’re ordering for pickup. App tells you 20 min, show up 15 minutes after ordering, wings are cold, so clearly they came out quicker and have been sitting on the shelf for a bit. Ordered on a Thursday for their BOGO deal from app get told by (management/the kitchen) that you have to order a certain number of wings before thats allowed when it is no where in the terms on the app.

Worst experience ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered a beer along with the rest of the four other patrons. All other patrons received their drinks. My colleague asked for an IPA beer, he received a flavored sour beer that was not a IPA, he had to go to the bar tender to order his beer. I had to ask the server four times for A beer. The restaurant was over half empty and took about an hour to get food to the table. When the food finally arrived, the orders were mixed up. We did not want to have to wait another hour to get orders straightened out. When it came to asking for the bill. The server then had to go back three times to get receipts corrected. If you absolutely want Buffalo Wild Wings. Just order online for take-away. Do not dine in at this location.

Compared to other BWW, the food at this one sucks. I ordered lemon pepper and mango habanero wings and the wings were overcooked and unappealing. I should have thought to take a photo but just trust that they weren’t good. We went on a Saturday night and were one of three groups in the otherwise dead establishment. That’s tells you the lack of quality is probably consistent. There’s better wing options nearby.

Bottom line up front, the food was okay and the service was just okay. The bathroom sink knocked the overall rating down to a “dislike” instead of a “it’s okay” rating.

Long story and disclaimer: I dined in here with a team of 13 people. Taking the orders and getting drinks didn’t take an acceptable amount of time. After ordering entrees and appetizers, the appetizers took quite a while and the entrees took even longer. The entrees took approximately 30 minutes after ordering and I might be underestimating. I ordered a grilled Southern Chicken Sandwich and the presentation was beautiful. The sandwich was simply, picture perfect. The sandwhich was also good, but not quite fresh; which is understandable due to the large party. I ordered fries with Chipotle BBQ dry rub and they were okay. Not fresh, and the seasoning wasn’t evenly distributed, but the fries weren’t bad. The overall meal was a solid 3/5. Unfortunately, not worth the wait. During the wait, I used the men’s restroom. The restroom was clean (probably due to them recently opening for the day), but the sink was pretty gross for being “cleaned.” One of the sink faucets was eroding (probably due to harsh cleaning supplies), and the corners of the sinks seemed neglected. The water pressure was very, very high and there was no water faucet aerator; so the water came out like a shotgun blast. All in all, the mediocre food, plus the wait, plus the not-so-presentable bathroom sink, equaled an overall “dislike” rating.

Today I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was great and the Mountain Dew Legend was good. I placed my order around 1150 and was informed at 1216 that my order (cheese curds) was all out for the day. What the F kind of establishment runs out of cheese curds 76 minutes after opening for the day??? So I was forced to order wings and wait another 20+ minutes for my food. Didn’t even have time to eat as I had to be back at work by 1 PM. So that’s why I am giving this place a four star review instead of five. The food and service were great, but if you want cheese curds, come as soon as they open or you won’t get any!

I went there with my grandparents, who are in their 80s. The hostess tried to sit us at a high top and when we said our grandmother couldn’t sit there when there was a normal table open. When asked if we could sit there she told us there was no servers in that area. Not sure why when there were other people in that area. She was rude and seemed annoyed.

Terrible first time experience. Where to begin, we asked to taste 2 sauces to see which one we were going to order, we were told the kitchen is too busy for that by the waitress, So we said ok and ordered to beers and our food. After waiting a long time I see our waitress with the hostess just talking away, I tell my wife I bet she forgot our drinks. About another 10 minutes go by and she comes out with our food, I remind her we ordered two beers, she said they are probably at the bar she just hasn’t had a chance to get them. My wife’s order came out wrong, it came with cheese curds (we didn’t even know what cheese curds were til today) we told the waitress my wife had ordered celery sticks instead of fries, nobody ever said cheese curds. She brought them and we start to eat. When we got our check we were charged an up charge for cheese curds. We told the waitress and she brought the manager. The manager was even worse than the waitress he proceeds to tell us it came with cheese curds, we told him numerous times we didn’t order them. Very rude He tells us “well you ate them right” I say your waitress brought out our celery sticks and left the cheese curds with us. We argue back and forth for a couple of minutes and finally he says I will take it off just this time. Keep in mind this was over a 3.00 dollar charge. He was blaming us for getting the wrong order given to us. We were not the only table getting our order wrong, we saw at least two other tables, same waitress same manager arguing with customers when we had just got there. Those two are bad for your business, their actions especially the managers are unprofessional and uncalled for. No apologies were given by them we paid and left.

Very disappointing. After being seated for a few minutes I had to get up myself and get our menus. There were 3 staff member sitting behind us eating food from another restaurant, so that wasn’t a good sign. I also had to repeatedly ask the waiter for utensils. I ordered the new Hatch Burger with cheesy fries. I ended up with a partial burger and plain fries. The picture below shows what my Burger should have been and what I got. Nothing close and barely any chili, hence the name Hatch Chili Burger. The 6 piece wings I ordered also came out cold and hard as if it was thawed and frozen a couple times. Normally I would have returned my meal but I was with my family and didn’t want to ruin our rare outing. But at least now we know to never come back.
