I worked at this store years ago and we were one of the best crews. Now, this is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Waited 10 minutes for 3 drinks, employees are not even in proper uniforms. This store needs some better management to get this store back to better than what it is now!

Only choosing one star because it wouldn’t let me choose zero stars. Was really wanting to have the Sonic experience with my family but it was all but that. Had a relative in town that was excited about going by Sonic for couple of milkshakes. When we arrived there and began our order at 9:30 PM we were told that the ice cream machine was already shut down for the night. We were really wanting shakes so we had to go to another business. This was a very poor experience and unacceptable seeing as how the website advertises the store closing at 10PM. This is false advertisement and could lead to a lawsuit.

1st stall we pulled into said “red button pressed, we’ll be with you shortly” (why not have it blocked off?) so we went to another stall, ordered smoothly and everything came on the screen correctly. When we received our order of 4 items, three of them were incorrect. The lady didn’t bother reading off what we had ordered as she passed it to us, just ‘here, have a good day.’ So we pressed the button to fix the order. We waited nearly 10 minutes and had to go to the door to get their attention. One of the employees said “We had to cut off the switchboard because we too busy and there isn’t enough of us.” We told them what was wrong and a few minutes later had our ‘fixed’ order. Only it wasn’t fixed. When she brought it out this time, she read back what we ordered, but the bags she gave us were missing two items. The stall screen was stuck on the ‘keep track of your order’ screen so we backed out and pulled into yet another stall just to inform them of our two missing items. We told them what we were missing and they said that it was in the bag. We looked again, no it’s not. Check the other bag. Not in there either. So all y’all need is those two? Yep. I’ll bring it out. A few minutes later it was delivered. Three stall visits, two order corrections, 20 minutes and raised blood pressure later we were done. We informed them at the end that we probably wouldn’t be back on account of this encounter added to past ones.

Did not receive the extra bacon I paid for. Server was rude when I requested extra salsa and it took more than 15 minutes to get two ultimate breakfast burritos. Wouldn’t have tipped 30% on my card if I knew service was going to be the worst ever. Normally really fast and friendly service. Unfortunately not lately.

Cheese sticks are never fresh. I’m sure they cook a bunch up and put them in warmers. If I was management I would cook them as they are ordered, that goes for any food. People want food fresh, it’s not a fast food place. Some people do take time out of their day to eat fresh food. Even McDonald’s is fresher.
