The past 2 visits I have had with the Sonics in Holly Springs, the drinks had a funny taste. I actually only ordered a flavored water, and it just had a horrible taste.

Wasn’t fit to to. I took 2 bites of my fry’s & burger and handed to the lady who brought me salt and told her to throw it away. Didn’t bother getting my $9 back. Went to McDonald’s across the street. This sonic is by By far the worst food I have ever taken a few bites out . Tasted like it was 3 days old. Fries too.

All of the people that work here are extremely rude and seem like they don’t want to be here. I ordered a coffee and all she did was hand it to me and said nothing. I said thank you and she just walked off without acknowledging me at all. I pushed the button because I had nothing to stir the sugar and creamer in with and they argued with me over a straw all because the coffee doesn’t come with one. I would highly recommend not wasting your time here.

I didn’t receive what I ordered. When I called and talked to the manager, I was told that the food item had been discontinued for 4 years. Then she said that they informed me about the menu change. That’s not true. She kept talking over me and cutting my conversation short. The food and service were horrible.
