Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for two shakes. The lady who brought my order out almost gave it away thinking I left from the long wait. The corporate offered me a small shake coupon for the inconvenience which doesn’t make since considering I got two mediums so atleast one coupon for a medium shake should have been offered. Couldn’t call the store cause they closed at 10 but I had my order in by 9:45 (again just two shakes) automatically was sent to voicemail at 10:10 when I tried to call to ask if my order was going be filled or if I needed to get a refund. It wouldn’t be a big deal honestly but there was no apology for the ridiculously long wait, couldn’t reach the store to inquire about the order. Just all around bad business practices. I get it’s fast food but do better..

Restrooms were nice, clean, stocked with paper towels. Outdoor music adds to the atmosphere. Food is good, and the employees are friendly and even got me a refill on my drink. I like this location. If I’m near here again, I hope to stop again.

I pulled in ordered my food. They took my order. I had people to the right of me come in after and people to the left of me come in after I noticed my order on the screen went away. Nobody ever said anything. I sat there for 25 more minutes nobody said anything so I asked them. Oh, we don’t know what happened. We don’t show anything, we order for you. I said no and left terrible service.

Bad drinks. Bad service girl wasn’t even listening to me or she would’ve kept the change. And check your bags I haven’t left this place with the right order in months. Also I just noticed no sauces bc who wants the sauce they ordered with there food. Literally throwing it out the door this is ridiculous I’ll go to lburg next time.

Went thru drive thru and placed order and paid ! Then waited for 15 and order wasn’t right! Get home and realized that no sauces or cheese ! I called to complain and the girl said I’ll let them know!! This is three times nothing is right
