Once again $20 in fries and tots are way undercooked and can’t be eaten. I figured the first time it was an accident or they had a new person on the fryer that didn’t know what they were doing. Apparently their kitchen staff don’t know what it means to completely cook the food and then strain the oil out of the fried food. When the oil soaks through the container and bag then soaks the customers seat, you have a severe problem.

I previously left 5 star review for this location however I am forced to take 4 stars away due to waiting 15 minutes for a single grilled cheese and a small cheese stick For my daughter who is 2 years old, it was her dinner. The place was not busy at all and they did not Apologize or give any consideration or complimentary anything to do to this poor service. We asked to speak to a manager and he was speaking on the intercom and then just turned it off then took my $10 bill and took another couple minutes to bring me change back, The place was empty and nobody was here at all but us so there was no rush.

Update 8/25
Ordered food and a coke
While waiting I noticed a young man standing outside of the employee entrance playing with and feeding a stray dog. Believe it or not this same guy entered the restaurant and comes out in 2 minutes with a tray with MY food items. No he didn’t wash his hands that fast. No his job description doesn’t include playing with stray dogs. I trashed the food to keep from getting sick. Sonic managers- store, district and regional all know that they wouldn’t have eaten food served to them under these circumstances and shouldn’t expect customers to.
For awhile I would stop here and get good food and service. I stopped here 7/9/25 and ordered a sonic cheeseburger no tomatoes or mayo, small onion rings and a large coke extra ice. The cheeseburger was extremely dry, hardly had onions or ketchup on it, 2 small dry pickles. The order was placed at 3:56pm and brought out at 4:05pm. First red flag. The onion rings didnt taste fresh like they normally do. Caitlyn that brought my food out carried my drink by holding the top of the cup, one finger resting on top of the lid as if i don’t have to insert the straw through the lid.
Also when my order was taken, it took several tries to get it correct. I ordered a cheeseburger- the screen said I ordered a medium combo. I ordered small onion rings- the screen said I ordered regular onion rings.
I hope management takes time to fix these issues. Your workers have to know that tampering with customers food comes with federal consequences and is against code USDA 1365. This is for the young workers thinking customers can’t tell when you have angrily tampered with our food because you got our orders wrong.

Went to Sonic to get 3 blast what I got instead was 3 cups of soft serve with a little bit of whipped cream and a broken up Oreo on top. To make even more of a joke the cups were only filled about 3/4 of the way including the whipped cream and Oreo with a drink lid on top. So I guess i got 1 med blast worth of ingredients split between 3 cups. But I also got a cup of soft serve which ironically was filled to the very top. If they are so hard up for profits then I guess they need to go ahead and shut the place down. But once again it looks like a underage kids working with no adult supervision. Guess we supposed to pay for there daycare fees.

The grilled cheese burger is so amazing..this is our 3rd time getting it in less than 2 weeks.. Our food was hot and super fresh, our service was fast and friendly. And we must not be the only ones in love with sonic, cuz the parking lot was slam packed, we got 1 of the 2 spaces left and it was after 8 pm on a weekday.. If I could give 10 Stars I would.. Sorry about the pic but I couldn’t wait to eat to get a pic, this is so good, we ate it right away and the onion rings were already gone.

They either need to update there menu on line and there or do something different! Cause it says i can get a (real) banana milkshake but then you ask they say they can’t make one its banana flavored then I want a grilled chicken classic witch is also something they have posted they make when I tried to order it they told me they no longer made ANY grilled sandwiches! Makes 0 freaking since they make banana splits with fresh banana why can’t you make a shake ?!? I love sonics food WHEN its cooked right and the ppl working aint to lazy to make what you actually want ! They jt say they dont have it ridiculous then to top it off the burger and fries i ended up settling for wasnt even cooked all the way ! Was still pink and fries mushie !!!

Ordered two drinks with easy ice. I got home and the cups were full to the top with ice. Not the first bad experience at this location. I’m starting to feel like they think it’s funny to mess up people’s orders.
