Mystery dairy product. Ordered milkshakes. Looks and tastes like marshmellow with a bad aftertaste. I threw it out. My hubands choc milkshake was the same. He threw it out. Wasted money. Good luck ordering milkshakes here.

Visited again 3-13-24, another disappoint free visit. Actually, I felt they were above and beyond. I mean everything was perfect all the way down to my drink. I’d give everyone a pat on the back and free dinner for the service and quality of food I received today. Keep up the good work! I’ll be back!
Tonight was one of the best nights I’ve had at sonic. I haven’t been here in a few months and decided to stop tonight. The folks working didn’t disappoint. Everything was perfect. The food quality was great. Hot and fresh. The crew was really pleasant. I’d come anytime with the people working tonight.

i asked for chicken tenders at 8:35 and she said “umm no. no ma’am. we close in 10 minutes and chicken takes longer to cook.” she sounded extremely rude when saying it. fast food workers need to learn how to have a customer service voice and learn to quit if you hate having to do your job

9.29.25 Ordered 3 coneys. 2 chilly cheese and onion. 1 chilli and onion. Plain chicken sandwich with lettuce and pickle on the side. Stated it wasn’t sanitary to put the lettuce and pickle on the side…..I requested they wrap it in the sandwich wrap. Stated they could not do that either. 1 coney was wrong and took the 3 tries before they could only put chilli and onion. 32 minutes total. RIDICULOUS

I was in there March 6 spent $11.05 did not get the order. I orded on the app got there apparently no one was getting their order 35 minutes later after sitting there I’m assuming the manager came around and said it would be a few more minutes I told her to cancel my order, I was leaving. I have yet to get my refund on what I spent since I didn’t get my order And they will not answer the phone. Sonic food tastes like Alpo dog food. That’s the only reason why I was buying it to feed my dogs because I was out of dog food when I get home.

Went to today to get a lemonberry slush. Upon ordering it. The person acted as if they never heard of it. I went on to tell them I’ve ordered it before. They said that they could do a lemonade, slush and add strawberries, and I said, okay. Once I got the slush not only did it not look right it tasted like apple cider vinegar. I buzzed back in told them that the drink didn’t taste right so I
