My experience tonight was great! Although I didn’t dine in the workers at the front KP and Sarah were welcoming and took my order with ease and the food came out fast with only 10 minute wait. The food was hot and fresh. Props to the kitchen, my food is always great! Do wish the tv had sound instead of subtitles while people dine in and wait for their food but overall great place!

Giovannis has always been the go to place for late night food at reasonable prices but as many have pointed out after Covid they’ve never been the same.
Prices are still reasonable but they have gone up and for the most part the food is the same. Sometimes you do get unlucky with greasy food or old fries.
My biggest gripe is the customer service. I don’t know if it’s the phone provider, the phone, or the employee but man you either sit on hold for 5+ minutes just to have the call die or it never goes through and you get voicemail. I know they have app ordering but sometimes it’s nice to call in your order.

We ordered lasagna and cheese ravioli that in the past was pretty good. However tonight it was terrible. The sauce used was pizza sauce. They’ve never made our pasta with pizza sauce. We couldn’t even eat it. A huge waste of money. We won’t be going back.

Multiple times I’ve called to place an order in person, but they’ll leave you sitting on the line for upwards of 10+ minutes in the hope that you’ll just hang up and order off of door dash instead. Food is good, but being left on hold for 6 minutes just to have the person come back and ask if you can wait on hold for another indefinite time period is honestly just rude.

Ordered a pizza and a side of wings does pizza was supposed to be what they call a Giovanni, which is almost the equivalent of a supreme the wings was left out of my order. I had to go back and get them and then they were burnt and greasy. I will try to attach . The pizza was covered in pepperoni nasty little grease hole of an establishment.
