I order the same thing from every Sonics no matter where I go.
SuperSONIC Bacon double cheese burger with mayonnaise only. At this location, it always made fresh and comes out hot.
This particular time, the spot i chose was cash only. No biggie because I hade the cash. At a busy time with no cash I would have been aggravated, but not today.

The service was much better than the actual food. My number five combo was served with a great deal lettuce and a thickly cut tomato which is wonderful but the patties themselves were dry and the one strip of bacon hardly left even a hint of flavor on the burger. Plus the buns were soggy and the mozzarella sticks were somehow cold. I did enjoy the clean parking lot and nice little picnic area while eating my lunch.

We got a big deal pickle burger. Add bacon jal and onion. It came with three pickles, no lettuce (that it said online) and since it was so low on pickles, it was jsut one of their normal burger but overpriced. Was not a big dill, jsut normal burger. Was very disappointed bc I love pickles. And this is the second time. Will not order food here anymore, jsut drinks. Thanks! 8/9/25

Ordered online a large ocean water, a large sweet tea, and a small mot stick with marinara at 7:10 pm got there at 7:20 didn’t bring our stuff out til 7:35pm drinks were watered down horribly the mot sticks were cold. They gave me ranch so I asked for marinara over the speaker just to find out they didn’t have any. I get it fast food jobs can be hard sometimes but they weren’t busy at all. Something needs to change. Very disappointed.

Went from bad to worse. This is my ice cream from a few months back. You can see the streaks from where it wasn’t mixed correctly. Very gritty. And yes.. this is plain vanilla in a cup. This was the 3rd time this has happened within a year timespan. Kept hoping they’d fix it. Now drinks are an issue. I ordered a large cherry slush with blue raspberry flavoring. Somehow I got a bunch of strawberries in there too… which is not a good flavor combination. I can list issue after issue… but you get the point. Prices are too high for so many problems. Go elsewhere peeps.

i ordered my food on the app at 11:10. i set the time for 11:15 and i got there at 11:15. i didn’t get my food till 11:35. my fries were freezing cold and they weren’t even full. this has happened more than once. i understand being short staffed but come on. there was also a black hair on my burger and my drink tastes like latex smells. terrible experience. won’t be back again

I go to the Sonic all the time using the app. I rarely disappointed but today I was. The onion rings were cold and greasy and my peach flavored tea. I may have got ten a half a cup of a drink out of it because there was so much ice in. It packed in the bottom that you couldn’t even taste the peach flavor in the tea and there was very little tea and nothing but ice. If I didn’t have a 2-hour drive ahead of me I would have turned around and had it redone. They’re also re-bricking the facility which is great to see the upgrade.

So much wrong with this location. They take forever ( been waiting 20 mins on 2 fountain drinks and a blast ), the hours posted are not correct. I came at 7:15 pm ( their hours posted say they close at 8 ) arrived and pressed button they answered saying they were closed, the app never works at this location and when it does it makes your order take even longer if they can figure it out. It’s a mess and today makes the 6th time I’ve tried. EVERY SINGLE VISIT A FAILURE. Last time I’m wasting my time here.

I wouldn’t know if their food or drinks are any good. I wouldn’t recommend stopping there if you are on any kind of schedule. I would have argued that they were busy. However, witnessing a group of the employees gathered around one of the vehicles having social time while orders are backed up and building. After waiting for half an hour for my order, I was called back to duty. You know how it is, jobs to do, and work to be done. So, even though I had already paid for my order, I had to cancel my order and request a refund. Then l left to return once more into the fray, still hungry.
