Ordered Ultimate Meat & Cheese breakfast burrito. Used the app, and continued to sit there for 15 minutes. All I got was the burrito and a small root beer float. Maybe 5 customers in all when I got there. I can see people standing around, laughing and cutting up. Worried about running outside and talking/playing instead of the customers. This is the 3rd time ive visited this one and its all bad service. Im not mad, just disappointed. I paid 8 dollars for 2 items and the burrito was 4 inches for crying out loud. Sad

This is one of the absolute worst establishments I’ve ever had the pleasure to order at, ever. The only thing good about it was the carhop. I ordered 3 chicken wraps waited 7 minutes and got dried up strips wrapped into an almost crunchy shell. I took one bite of two and threw the rest out for the birds. I should have known because the longer I sat in the parking lot the worst the overall imagine became. Storage door left open, parking lots are a mess and the windows dirty. Just disgusting.

Ice cream tasted like soap, called and spoke to manager. She said “yea thats probably because I cleaned it today uh if you come back tomorrow I’ll have em clean it and it won’t taste like that” after saying no thank you several times and insisting on a refund I finally got one.

Great job to Genesis! She served us twice today and was very polite, kind, and professional. She told us it was her first week here, but we couldn’t even tell. She even honored our request for cups of their new popping balls, which are 25 cents per cup. Thank you again, Genesis, for some great service!
