I visit this freebirds at least once a month sometimes more, and I have to say the service and quality of food is consistent every single time. The staff is very friendly, and I’ve never had issues ordering my bowl. I usually order in person but when I do place an online order it’s always ready in the timeframe they give. The only thing I wish they would bring back is their house made lemonade!

Very stingy on the premium toppings. I ordered queso on my monster Burrito bowl and they gave me a ladel the size of a coffee grounds scoop worth! The meat portion was 3 little “tongs” of meat, not even enough to cover the top layer of the mountain of rice and beans. When I asked for lots of shredded cheese the guy sprinkles a tiny bit on… I had to ask for more 3 times. If the sign outside didn’t say freebirds I would have thought I was at Chipotle based off how stingy they were being. I have never seen a freebirds this stingy before.

Get the monster, I had chicken and a lots of extras. I like the choice of different tortillas flavors too. Spinach was very good.their queso was really good too. Nice and clean, friendly staff too. Would definitely come back.

We come here often due to its location, but now must go elsewhere. The portion sizes vary widely day-to-day, and they struggle to keep white chicken and ice stocked. Their quesadillas used to be good but now you just get a small lump of ingredients in the center with a large amount of plain tortilla unfilled.
