The last 3 times I’ve gotten a cheeseburger from this sonic. Including today. It has been raw on the inside. I’d rather wait a few minutes to make sure my food is done rather than eat a raw patty. Disgusting.

Used the app to order ahead while I was 4 minutes up the road and it was ready to roll when I checked in and surprisingly good. The parking lot was a little rough looking and the menu screens were pretty gunky but the service and food was well above average.

The sodas were running low on syrup and kind of flat. The sandwiches were supposed to be the smash burgers (which usually has a crisp on them) but they appeared to have been pre-made and looked like boiled meat. The people were nice though.

Cheese wasn’t melted on sandwiche it was cold and my husband wanted a sweet tea slush with lemonade that’s what I asked for at the speaker. First brought out a big strawberry slush went back and made it a second time and it was strawberry and cherry. I ordered chili cheese tots today and there was hardly any chili on there. Also, the tots were too hard. This happened about 2 months ago. When I order the same thing in Bolivar, it’s always up to par. This location is very disappointing.

Update. 3 yrs later. Tots were cold. They didn’t have creamer for the coffee. But they refunded my money promptly.
Service was good. Fries were salty and stale. I got the cheese steak. Barely any meat. And the cheese steak was salty and dry. Just a reminder why I don’t eat fast food often. I threw it away.

Wanted to grab some lunchit the button not ordered a ultimate meat and cheeseburrito. And a small order of chili cheese, the operator which I assume was also my waitress just had a nasty attitude from the start.. When I asked for chili cheese fries.Normally they say fries or tots.She just says with an attitude which one!!!! And then when When she asks, is there anything else I said? Can I get some syrup with that? She applied, sure.. Food comes out. I asked, did they put my syrup in? And she said they should haven And I looked inside and I said they didn’t, which I had a feeling she knew that cause she slowly turned around and I asked, can I get it?Food comes out. There were several employees working and maybe five customer cars
Pushed button , nothing , ten minutes later still NOTHING. Tell a worker that walks by he laughs , keeps on walking ,
I left
I have seen posts everyday on Facebook about this sonic with similar situations for the last two months or so
Something has got to give
I’m addicted to sonic sweet tea and ice
Please help !
