We just moved to a new location and we are looking for our new go to pizzeria and I think we hit the jackpot. This was our 3rd time ordering there to make sure it wasn’t a fluke and we have gotten 10/10 food every time. More importantly in my opinion is the customer service. Everyone is friendly when you call them on the phone and greets you with a smile when you walk in. I look for an establishment that has happy employees first and foremost since I’ve personally worked in customer service all my life. Great job Amato’s. You’ve just earned a new regular customer!

***2025 UPDATE***
Had to knock Amato’s down to 2 stars. I came in and ordered 2 slices of buffalo chicken pizza. When I was served them at the table they looked the same as when I checked them out at the counter. The bottom was slightly crispy but the cheese and the chicken and even the blue cheese sauce was cold to the touch. The cheese was still congealed. This was around 1pm and the 1st thing I ate all day so I ate the first slice and started on the 2nd. The waitress came back to check in and I said did they reheat the slices and she said yes for a few seconds because people complained they get too crispy if we reheat them too long. I said well they are cold. You even served them on an ice cold metal tray. She said you should have said something sooner I would have had them throw them back in the oven. First off I never send food back. Secondly I find it disgusting if they take food someone had placed in their mouth and put it back on a cooking surface that is communal like a pizza over. That just turned my stomach. After that I stopped eating the pizza. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Unfortunate.

Amato’s is a legit pizza place. When I get the pizza from here I enjoy the smell and taste of the crust. It sounds silly and simple but the crust is supposed to have a smell and a taste and this place gets the crust right. It smells a little like baked flour but in a good earthy way. The crust is also cooked perfectly with some char and lots of chew with slightly bitter notes. Again this sounds silly but so many pizza places in Levittown can not replicate this. The crust is either too thick or isn’t cooked enough or worse has no flavor. This place hits all the marks with the crust alone I can’t recommend it enough. There is only 1 other place I have found in the area that gives Amato’s a run for its money.

I love the food here but I wish they would stop taking my slices out the oven so early. They seriously only let them cook for like a minute or 2 then put the lukewarm slices in the box. The cheese isn’t even melted on them half the time and when I get home I have to reheat them again because they are already cold. I’m not in a rush and you aren’t that busy when I come to get food. Take your time and let my stuff cook!

Ordered food in a snow storm…came back to pick it up and the lady tells me they didnt know what happened to it than says oh we figured it out the delievery person took the wrong food. The only solution was to wait to make another one. Another 20 minutes?!! The solution should of been free food or at least a discount. Such a shame because pur family really like their pizza. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Ok first of all I do not give bad reviews.Let me explain why I feel that it is necessary.I ordered a Strumboli and was told to wait 25 minutes to pick it up.Keep in mind it is a snow storm so Im worried that might be to long,but decided to go with it.I left to go get things at Target and on my way back it was rough.I barely made it,but I go in and pay for my Strumboli they had the receipt,but no Strumboli?They were scrambling to figure it out and it was a whole bunch of shrugging shoulders.Im watching it unfold in real time and Im told that it is unfortunately missing?No explanation.The last thing I want to do in a snow storm is wait another half hour.I cant even if I wanted to.The manager the women that took my order said I dont know what happened.Later she told me when I called back telling them I know things happen,but her only suggestion was wait a half hour for another one??Wrong answer….How about Im soo terribly sorry just the mere fact you drove here in a snow storm and I cant seem to locate your food nor give you a reasonable explanation how about I have it delivered to your house if you cant drive in the blizzard and we are still delivering??But no…..Nothing. I even called back because I felt bad and I was hoping she(the manager) would try and make it right,but now she came up with an excuse.The delivery driver grabbed it…..So I was like Ok???? I mean a place that cares about their customers would say I will deliver the strumboli at no charge.I probably would’ve said nevermind(at least they tried to make it right) its ok,but that would’ve meant something.I seriously wouldn’t complain then take food from any organization making my food,but its obvious both times I spoke with the manager she had nothing to offer,but excuses and a half hearted apology.Actions define the value that businesses,customers,and people place on their relationships,because words or just words.Well done is better then well said…

Cheesteak fries are the best fries I ever had in my life. The cheese and the meat and fries were cooked so good with rich flavor and juicyiness and loved the atmosphere, man they were so busy but always checked up on our table. Pizza was good too. I wouldn’t mind coming back here again. U guys rocked tonight even on top of Halloween sales !

This was my 1st time ordering from here and I must say my family and I were very disappointed. I ordered a small pizza and the crust was super hard and had to cut it off. Ordered a pepperoni and cheese stromboli which I was told by the family it was ok but it was so greasy.
The mozzarella sticks were big but over cooked the breading tasted burnt. Ordered cheese fries with cheddar and mozzarella as they are a family member’s favorite and there was a ton of cheese but the cheddar tasted gross and had a watery consistency. I see other reviews and people love the food. As for me and my family, we won’t be ordering from here again.

I was in the mood to try a tomato pie to see how that will be and it was pretty delicious! The crust was thick and a little sweet and I was expecting thick tomatoes in the sauce (I’m not too crazy about thick tomatoes), but it tasted like lots of tomato sauce on the pizza. Cheesesteaks- just plain steaks with american cheese. I am not a fan but I applaud them for having the meat cut up. I did not like it because it didn’t taste fresh to me.
