Don’t waste your time and definitely don’t waste your money. Sonic is way too expensive to be playing with folks money like this. Two days in a row, yesterday I order two items that absolutely pretty much require dipping sauce, mozzarella sticks and pretzel twist. I get all the way home with my mobile order my daughter picked it up guess what, no marinara for the cheese sticks no cheese sauce for the pretzel twist. Against my better judgment i figured I’ll try again today. Maybe they were having a bad day yesterday. Order heath blast with extra heath. I received pretty much a seven dollar vanilla ice cream, 7 bucks….. because they crushed their heath down so much when mixing it that it’s non existent pretty much. I Call back in there, she comes out and looks then proceeds to explain that’s how they came and pretty much nothing she could not do anything and made it blatantly obvious she had no desire to try to fix it. Wasn’t her seven bucks, didn’t matter to her. Now I’m no ice cream expert, but I thought but i noticed when they brought it out, there was like three larger chunks on top I guess as a garnish. Here’s an idea, maybe before adding the extra and after you mixed it put some of those larger pieces in there and don’t mix it with the machine the second time so the candy doesn’t get obliterated and become nonexistent like mine was today. I DONT EVEN LIKE VANILLA! Much less vanilla that cost me 7 bucks! Guess I’m I’m gonna have to take my $22 loss, between yesterday and today, I’m going to chunk my vanilla ice cream in the garbage and pray y’all don’t come here. If I could’ve given zero stars and a middle finger I would have. Ok sonic I see you and hear you, I will not be coming back. Plz y’all beware. And sonic again, a little advice…..maybe next time explain to the customer that you obliterate the Heath while mixing so you really get no extra and maybe ethey can save the money and maybe make a different choice, Get rid of that chick that could care less about your customers and maybe next time you might avoid a disgruntled customer that might come back instead of losing one like you did today….You know…….just an idea.
