The good thing is I didn’t have to wait long for my order to arrive. The bad thing is the top bun on my cheeseburger was so saturated with mayo and juice from the tomato that I had to remove it so I could even attempt to eat the sandwich. I ended up throwing the sandwich away because I was so disgusted with how the remaining toppings and condiments looked. Do better Sonic! Food is too expensive to have to throw it away!!

This Sonic got the order wrong for 2 dinners, we order fries not tots but both came out tots. A chocolate shake was ordered but a oreo shake was brought out. We let the shake ride but wanted fries. Inform them about the mistake and they brought out fries and apologized. Here is the kicker the waitress ask for the tots back. You understand not only did I give a 4 dollar tip but gave a 2 dollar tip when she brought the correction. Iam 66years old and had 1 daughter 2 granddaughters with me in a new auto. The manager must have told her to do that because no lay person of an establishment will touch food after it has been touch by a customer under any circumstances. Do not care if you state that’s your policy because you are wrong. I debating if I need to report this to the Health Dept. The girl stated she will throw it way, I guess. she didn’t realize the tots was mixed in with the dinner. I know that’s against health depth law unless you replaced the whole dinner. What was the point someone scamming you out of fries. We have been faithful Sonic customers but I wonder if the reason this Sonic doesn’t have many customers compared to the other two Sonic we go to, is the treatment. If I go to another Sonic I will be watching.

This location needs to be trained properly. This is the 3rd time they’ve messed my order up. If you scroll through reviews others have had issues with their orders as well. Great customer service just poor training.

I finally tried the 2 for $5 menu. Unfortunately the burgers were a bit disappointing. I usually get the SuperSonic Double Cheeseburger, so there of course was a drastic difference. Lol other than that the food and service was good per usual.

Absolute worst customer service. The last 2 times I’ve visited, the gentleman on the intercom has no welcome, can barely understand him and gives u a dry answer when u ask if he got your order correct (because it was incorrect on screen and incorrect on my first visit). Then carhop brings me my order and my Oreo blast with ice cream dripping all on the outside of the cup. She says “listen, that’s how he made it, I just picked it up. I can take it and wipe it off” She returns with an attitude, hands me my ice cream (not upright), after she offered to wipe it off. I say “thank you” and she just walks off. I would rather pay double to have food delivered than to deal with Luke warm, mediocre food AND attitudes.

Ordered from app. The screen kept saying it was logging out. It logged my order out and I pushed the button and asked and the employee on the microphone was rude about me checking on my order. She said, “yeah we see it” and then hung up. The order was mostly correct and tasted fine.
