Writing this review for my niece Keyonna who got home and got ready to eat her food and found someone’s nasty hair on her burger. This a waste of money and it’s disgusting. These fast food places are just making it hard now a days for anyone to eat out. When preparing food I wish people would watch what they’re doing and make sure their hands are clean. This is outright disgusting. Never again.

Did an online order for two burgers, mozzarella sticks, cinnamon snacks, and two drinks. Did the order at 7:35, got there at 7:50, other people arrived after me and got their online orders first, 5 vehicles arrived, ordered, and also got their food before me. Finally got my food at 8:16 and it was lukewarm at best. The staff at this sonic is a joke at best. Been on the other side of the mic and was never this bad.

We ordered food here a few days ago. My boyfriend took a bite out of his burger and noticed there was something in his mouth. He pulled out a long curly thick strand of hair from his mouth. Our appetites were completely ruined. The staff didn’t even act like it was anything new honestly….

i have ordered bacon hamburgers there for years and every time i mean every time like 20 times over many years they never add the bacon and i make sure i see it on the screen and receipt. i even waited 2 years before i went back to order the same bacon hamburger and of course when i got home there was no bacon. Its so sad that i have to use my nasty hands that I’ve been touching everything before i get to sonic to use them to check my food. that’s just not me and very unsanitary but of course that’s what they want you to do is check your food with nasty hands instead of getting my order correct! This is my last and final time at Bolivar Tn Sonic!

Most of the time my order is right but there are times when it is not. Once, I tried to correct the cashier because the screen was not correct in matching what I said, her demeanor quickly changed through the microphone from friendly to annoyed, order was still listed incorrectly and received incorrectly. Because of the frequent orders being incorrect I took away 1 star. Four stars because I stop here when I need something fast. Love the taste of the burgers and shakes. Chicken items tend to be dry when I order them, so I stick with burgers and hotdogs.

Extremely slow response on intercoms, even though not very busy. Polite, and friendly enough. Food is sub par, but that’s true of the whole chain. Drinks and desserts are phenomenal.
