Waited 30 minute for an online order never came out finally called the store from the parking lot, they said they were waiting for the computer to come back up. Twenty minutes later we pulled up to the window only to find out they didn’t know what we ordered and payed for. We told her three smasher combos so she got it ready and we left when we got home the order was missing one burger we got 3 fries 3drinks and only 2 burgers so yea this sonic Sucks.

The onion rings were on point – hot and crispy, very good. My All American Hotdog, however, was cold – not even luke warm and the bun stale. Couldn’t turn around and take it back but also don’t trust sending food back, so didn’t go back to store.

ordered curbside tonight for myself and my family and we didn’t order much and it took 40 minutes to get it and when it finally came out we were still missing food. i now know why sonic is closing down everywhere is cause of the business im assuming. i will not be back to this location. honestly wish i could get my refund for my order.

Save yourself the headache. I live near this Sonic, and went to it at least once a month for five years and they NEVER get the order right. I’m not exaggerating. Every single order I have ever bought at this location has some kind of error. They forgot a hit dog on this particular order, and they gave me 6 poppers instead of 8 for a large order. The staff and management are the most incompetent of all fast food I’ve ever been to. Go anywhere but here.

Don’t drive in drive on down the road. They cannot even make a Heath blast correctly. I got a medium cup of ice cream with some Heath sprinkled on top of it. The girl that brought it out, no napkins and a 3 inch spoon for a 7 inch tall cup. I didn’t realize it was made incorrectly so I got down the road 10 minutes. I called back and Antonio says we’ll come back. I’ll make you a new one like I got nothing better to do. Oh and let me be clear. They were not busy. I was the only car in the parking lot and they still didn’t get it right.
It’s just really sad that they think this is acceptable. It’s no wonder that was the only car in the parking lot. Had I seen their review status before I went to write one I would’ve drove on down the road. I will not be back.

My son went to sonic on Schaad Road today 12 /26/25 got a hamburger and fries for me. The french fries were harder than a pretzel. There’s no excuse for that. That food should’ve never went out of the restaurant like that

UPDATE 08/19/22: This location gets worse with every visit. I can’t say we plan to go back anymore. We ordered ahead so we could just grab and go, but still ended up waiting 20min. Our “soft ” pretzel was hard, shake was pure liquid with a clump of melted whipped cream floating in it, and iced coffee was just cold coffee flavored water. My daughter got a chicken tender kids meal with tots and juice box. The juice was warm, the tots were overcooked but cold, and what was supposed to be chicken tenders were just crunchy bits of what looked like maybe old popcorn chicken. My coney dog was burned and fries were thin and hard like they were cooked days ahead. The one positive thing was that they actually had the kids meal toys that were advertised, for once. Major disappointment.

There should have been a sign or something because we all know 90% of the time kids want the toy more than the food. Also, unfortunately we had to throw my daughters burger away because there was hair in it. This definitely isn’t our go-to Sonic location.

I went through the drive through…. Got home… my order was wrong. I payed for almost double of what I actually got. Being as I was already home I didn’t have time to go all the way back. I should have checked before I left. Silly me for thinking they may have done their job correctly.

Stay away. Stopped on Fri night at 9:30. Ordered a burger, corndog, and a drink. Over 30 minutes later I got my cold food and the corndog was over cooked. And they were not that busy. I asked the server for a packet of mustard and he said he would be right back with it. He delivered food to 3 or 4 other cars and looked at me each time he walked by and never did get me any mustard. I don’t like leaving bad reviews. But I have tried this location a few times and every time it’s the same bad service. Hopefully this is read by management and they start to make some changes. It’s a great location and should be doing a lot of business.

On Friday nights, My Girlfriend and I go to the Sonic Drive-in on Schaad road normally. Sometimes they are really busy and sometimes they are not. My girlfriend normally gets either a Large Sweet Tea with Peach flavoring or a Large Grape Slushy, sometimes she even gets Mozzarella Sticks or a Corndog. I always get a Medium or a Large Strawberry Slushy with extra Strawberries, sometimes I get a Cheese Tots or Onion Rings or Ched r Peppers or a Corn Dog. And Sometimes I get Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger or Jr. Bacon, Egg & Cheese Burrito. It really depends on how late we get there, but always that Slushy goes home with me. Their restaurant appears clean. The Staff are friendly & helpful.
