What I like about Sonic is that I can drive up use the app to get points and Rewards I don’t want to go inside anywhere but I like to sit there and I have my meal. My grandbabies love it. And the staff is always friendly and polite and efficient. And I love me some fresh limeade slush!

This location has the absolute best staff of anywhere I’ve ever been. They’re ALWAYS incredibly kind, above and beyond, and working hard. Sometimes it can take awhile for the food to come out, but only because they are short staffed. They’re genuinely the best, and I come here very often. Love you guys

Who ever was running this place on February 1st really needs to be in trouble. I call the store to ask how long the will be open and the lady said all night. I get there around 7ish but as I’m pulling in all the lights are off outside and there is a dim light on inside and I see someone walking around. I understand it was snowy out but don’t tell customers you are open all night but have zero lights on to deter customers away. As I’m pulling around to pass the drive thru I see someone lady just sitting at a desk. I ended up going out of my way to the other sonic.

Wanted to try the $6 smash burger deal and I had ordered 4 meals. We received 4 drinks, 4 sides(3 fries and 1 tots) but only 3 smash burgers. I was exhausted from work and stopped there before going home so I called and let them know about the missing burger and it was written down for me to get at my convenience

Ordered extra hot fudge, got no hot fudge. Waited 5 minutes at the window for someone to answer and asked for fudge. They mixed the hot fudge into the sundae so then it was just chocolate icecream. 3x I’ve been screwed by Sonic now

Went through the drive-thru ordered myself some organic orange Nigerian blood and a Cuban Dragon fruit mixed with soft serve ice cream drink. Honestly I have no idea what glorious concoction i had, but it was made by one of the employees. That sucker was amazing! make sure you ask for the organic blood and don’t get the Nigerian dragon fruit because that is a SUPER stimulant for your hoo-ha. The last thing you need to be doing is driving down the road bricked up with a stiff hoo-ha! Especially in South Knoxville! GO VOLS

Went i Sonic tonight to grab dinner for my husband and i and our girls. The wait on our food was almost 30 minutes. Only to get the food and it be cold and absolutely disgusting. My onion rings were greasy and burnt to a crisp and black. Chicken tenders had tons of gristle and a hube black spot on one of them. My husband couldn’t even eat his burger or tots they were so greasy and cold. Both girls kids meal was disgusting as well. To have waited that amount do time and receive food that bad is horrible! Extremely disappointed!

Stopped and tryed there new cheeseser cheeses burger it was pretty good also got there loaded tots they are the best. This location is always descent when we stop so if you are in the area give it a try.
