Was in town for work stopped at sonic, and they messed up my order after sitting in line for 15 minutes. All the mozzarella sticks were busted two had no cheese filling ,the burger they forgot my bacon and to take off the pickles. Used to sonics being bad at service, but this one’s pretty bad. Also burger patties do not look like smashed burger patties.

I am in town for work and got out of work later than usual last Wed night. I needed to find something quick. Everything was closing or already closed. Then, I looked up a few places, and saw that familiar logo.
I walked over and ordered, and the attendant treated me with the same courtesy as if I was in a car.
Still tasty at almost 11p, my chicken sandwich was delicious and the fries were just right. (Even though the bottom bun could have been fresher…) Still, the service more than made up for anything else. It was still signature, SONIC!

Google says this place is open until 1:00 AM. I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:15 PM on a Sunday. The lights were on, employees were clearly inside, and yet no one bothered to answer the speaker. I looped around twice thinking maybe the sensor didn’t trigger and still nothing. I even pulled up to the window and was completely ignored.
If you’re closed, update your hours. If you’re open, do your job. Either way, ignoring customers is unacceptable. Huge waste of time.

I rarely eat fast food. This is surprisingly good. Been coming here because my girl wants the ice cream stuff, but I’ve been getting the burgers and breakfast burritos, etc. The smashburger is on par with the local restaurants that charge twice the price for the same thing. The fried chicken is surprisingly good as well, crispy on the outside and juicy tender on the inside.
All in all, I’m rather taken aback by how good it all is for a chain fast food joint. For a place like this, I typically expect the food to be passable or edible at best, but this is actually good food. Not fancy, but very well put together and executed. The cooks here are doing a great job.

I really like this location. They always give great service! ** 10/10** I recommend the chili frito wrap and the Sonic cheese burger with Mayo, lettuce, Onion and Cheese. Makes for a really yummy burger! I am a little sad because I was a REALLY BIG FAN of the original fries. I hate that they dont even offer them as an option anymore! but the Chili.cheese tots compliment the burger as well!!

this is my favorite sonic in town. obviously the food and drinks are pretty consistent across each chain, but this one in particular has the sweetest employees and are always really fast with my order. thank you to the car hops for always being so kind to me 🙂

I ordered a kids wacky pack, a chicken sandwich, and 2 Drinks. We waited 10 minutes after paying at the window for food and drinks. Food was a little overcooked and crunchy today.

Okay i live 15 min from here but came here tonight simply to avoid the one near my house 5 min away… i ALWAYS order extra reese’s there and they never do it, so i was like okay lets give this one a shot. 10/10. i’ve never been happier with a decision and will continue to come to this location. they delivered so well with the extra reese’s. my inner child thanks you for this experience. only sonic i will ever come to for forever.

Great bowling alley mainly due to the awesome staff! Kelly and Erica that run the bar and grill are the bell of the ball! Great food and service. I drive from Farragut to bowl here just because those 2.

I ordered online, so I would get a discount as well as get it faster. But it took them longer this time. The cheeseburger was not good. It tasted like old grease. Plus, there wasn’t hardly any lettuce or onions. Sonics is back to their stingy selves again. I hardly come here anymore. If I want a burger, I usually go to Arby’s.
