Have to wait 1hr for our food . My granddaughter was so hungry that she fall asleep. And my other granddaughter was crying because she was so hungry. She ordered kids meal and it took 1hr to get it. With 3 sandwiches and 4pieces strips. I thought McDonald is a fast food service. Employees were so rude unprofessional no customer service. No greeting at all. No body should go to that restaurant. Employees to retrain and teach about customer service. Hope the owner knows what’s going on in these restaurant

We ordered 20 nuggets, 2 medium fries and 1 large fry. They initially gave us the wrong order (a 20 piece NO fries and the wrong sauce) when we said something they went and got us our fries only for them to be VERY underfilled. Attached is a photo of the LARGE fries as they came.

They mess up orders here. I ordered curb side pick up and when they handed me my food in the car.. I was missing large fries so I went inside with the bag telling them and they kept questioning me “are you sure?”…YES I am sure. I even let them inspect my bag and they finally gave me my large fries.

It was hideous First time ever in their drive-thru. I ordered an unsweetened tea I received a sweet tea I ordered a filet of fish that came cold with the mayonnaise spread all over the box inside. And the coffee mocha iced don’t bother wasting your money at this McDonald’s!!!

October 8, 2025 7:20 AM lady working the register is super def !! My voice was loud and deep and she still could not understand a thing I said . Ordered a meal and pulled up to receive 2 meals . I asked for A meal and A orange juice I have no clue how she head anything about 2 . Guess I should have really checked over her work . I’ll never go back tho cuz it ain’t my job to fix your workers . Wasted my money on another meal I don’t want or need .

Ordered big breakfast and when we got to our hotel at Great Wolf, there was no pancakes inside. Yes I checked my order and saw the container so I assumed that everything was inside. $20 an hour and you guys can’t even make orders right.

I’m not one to complain but mcdonalds needs to do better. How is a multi million dollar company going to charge me $4 for a squished sandwich? I feel cheated. Stop worrying about how many sandwiches you can fit on your menu and start worrying about the quality of food you’re handing out for the prices you charge. If it was a $2 sandwich I wouldn’t be so mad. But almost 5 bucks for this? Disappointing.
