Careless and lazy. Every time I go here something is wrong with my order. Food comes out cold and half the te it’s the wrong order. The people working here can’t count back change. Ordered a slushy today thinking they cant mess this up and she hands me a drink with no slush and barely any flavoring. And then acted surprised when I brought it right back and asked for my money back.

Just ordered a chili dog with no cheese with onion n mustard . You have to ask for it . Then manager rude as hell. Didn’t ask to fix it or make it right , she walked off and was very rude . It’s a managers job to make it right not walk away . Doesn’t matter how mad the customer is . Poor management there ..

I will be calling the manager of this location. I am a DoorDasher & Uber Eats driver. In the instructions to pick up your customer’s orders, they first said to pull up in any stall & push the red button. Then, when I did numerous times, they told me I have to go to the patio & push the red button. So I did several times. Then they put a sticker saying it’s out of order; just knock at the door. Then was told to park in one of the green stalls. Makes no sense, but whatever.Just earlier this evening, an employee caught me taking a picture of the note, & she said, oh, we need to take that off. They have at least 7 ferrel cats someone is feeding in the parking lot as well. Sure, they keep the rats away, but always get a shrug when I am there to deliver their food. I’m 46, a wife of a 100% disabled Marine Veteran. And just as she tore down the sticker, she said I could pull up to another stall, closer.

Place must be getting ready to close down. Pulled in at the drive-thru to the speaker box and no one answered so I drove on around to the window and there was only one person inside walking back and forth but he would not come to the window so I left. Since they took down all the signs at the drive in stalls they have lost a lot of business. Employees park their cars in the stalls to make it look like they actually have customers. They can’t break anything larger than a 20$ bill. They have been trying to coerce people to go cashless and use the app instead. They tried to make me feel like a jerk before when I wanted to pay with a 100$ bill my order was 30$ like y’all have been open all day and y’all haven’t even made 70$ ? Maybe they hadn’t IDK. The place was always fun to go to but now it’s not the same what a shame lights out side are hanging by the wires swinging back and forth blowing with the breeze. inside doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned this year yet, the door on the side they use to go into the building has a black path on the concrete I imagine that is coming from the kitchen floor. Place is falling apart.

They are a Great bunch of people working there, but they need to pay attention at the drive thru, I always get my mother a number 9, ft long cheese coney and I always tell them to put the hotdog on the side, but maybe 3 out of 10 gets it right. Just pay attention a little better please. Other than that, I’ll always keep going because when the ladies work the window there as polite and always come to the window with a smile . The owners did a Great and Fantastic job getting their store back to a Great place to go to. Keep up the great work guys. Love you all.

I got the chicken toaster on 7/9 got home took 1 bite and the center of the chicken is RAW!!! I immediately spit it out and called down there and she said “ just come back and we will replace it” are you kidding! I’m just hoping I don’t get sick from freaking raw chicken!!
