Service is terrible! every time we go, our order is never right and they get an attitude if you say anything. Tonight my burger had cheese burnt soo bad I questioned if it was even cheese, I didn’t know they even had the option to burn cheese and the cherry limeade was awful tasted like carbonated water-> needless to say we won’t be going back

Have never left a 1 star or any bad reviews, but this location deserves one. Received only a fork and no napkins. Order was thrown at me. Went back inside to ask for a spoon and they rudely told me that they are out. Also, reese’s wasn’t mixed and my cup was a quarter empty. Never going to a Sonic again. Dairy Queen is king.

So I use the mobile app to order ahead and purchased two sonic double cheeseburgers and they were not supposed to come with onion. However when I got them home, they were loaded with onion. So much that when I open the wrapper I was overwhelmed by the smell of onion.
So I hopped on their website and it gave me the option to contact them via text. The wait to speak to someone on text was over 25 minutes. So I let it run in the background and finally my turn came and they began to communicate with me via a 1-877 toll-free text number. they asked me to include pictures, they asked me to give my information, and other stuff and I finally fell asleep in the recliner if the responses were slow.
The next day I received a phone call from the manager Kayla. Completely unexpected and surprised me. She wanted to check and see if there’s anything she could do to make it right so I said yes of course I’d like to have the burgers because I threw them in the trash which I actually had done. She had me come to the store and in addition to the burgers gave me tots an iced coffee and a soda. It absolutely blew me away I could not believe it. She offered me anything I wanted on the menu and I thought to myself you know when’s the last time a fast food restaurant called me with a messed up order , had me come in, then offer me anything I wanted to make it right. Kayla is a superstar manager. I did not take over advantage of her offers, but I was pleasantly pleased as I had to drive all the way back there to get food again and additional foods were given to make it meals. She is first class and it really surprised me about the sonic corporation I recommend you getting food at this location because if anything goes wrong Kayla will take care of you.

Put in an app order to pickup, it took them 15 minutes to bring the food out, the person who brought it to the vehicle almost seemed scared for some reason which was super weird, and then when we looked in the bag none of the sauces or condiments that were ordered were in the bag. There was small hole poked in one of the cups so that we didn’t notice it leaking and by the time we did it was because the cup exploded from the small hole finally. Service at the window when asked for the condiments was extremely rude and curt. I would not recommend this sonic if you like to be treated like a person.

The girl that brought out my food was extremely rude. I did and said nothing disrespectful to her, but she decided it was a good idea to tell me I looked like the “guy from ratatouille because of my nose shape”. Some people need to learn how to keep their thoughts to themselves because that was an extremely disrespectful comment to make. No one should ever have to have their appearances pointed out by a stranger unprovoked.

I paid $5 for pickle fries that was only 1/2 full, could have saved some bucks there. I’ve had the smashburger at other locations and this is not a smashburger, again could have saved some money and just ordered a regular burger since thats basically what I got. Go to another location unless you want to feel like you’re getting ripped. No condiments in the sack & no mints…Oh and the car hop didn’t even say “hi”. Won’t be back to this location.

I would like a full refund. My chicken sandwich isn’t even edible, look at the pictures and tell me if anyone would find that appetizing. It’s completely burnt. The tater tots also burnt, and so was the popcorn chicken. The whole meal was thrown in the trash, completely ruining my lunch for work.

Would leave a 0 if I could This Sonic in Ooltewah has to be one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. The cooks clearly do not care about the food they send out. Everything tasted old, greasy, and thrown together like it was a punishment to make it. The burger was cold in the middle, the bun was soggy, and the fries were either undercooked or so stale they might’ve been sitting there all day.

Food was room temperature. Only one of the Mozzarella sticks had cheese. Ched r poppers and sticks overcooked. The burgers were flat. I don’t know what it is with the restaurants in ooltewah but this is the fourth one that has been horrible. I pretty p*ssed off about this.

Was with my wife today and CHLOE the manager is the Michael Jordan of bad customer service. If I was going to cast a bad manager for a movie, I would cast someone EXACTLY like her. She walked out with a hotdog that looked like it was put together blindfolded and told us “we were just going to have to deal with it.” It looked disgusting so my wife asked them to remake it. CHLOE then accused her of just trying to get free food. Keep in mind this was after we paid for a hotdog. She then told us if they remade it, it would look the same. Here are some pics of the food we PAID for. Viewer discretion advised.
