We visit this Sonic at least once every 2 weeks. The staff are always friendly and the food is always hot. My favorite part is that the tea at this Sonic is ALWAYS fresh unlike other Sonic’s where it is often bitter or spoiled. My only complaint is the price! Four chicken sandwiches shouldn’t cost $25!

I don’t like the drastic difference between the pictures and the food you’re actually served. I try new things all the time and it’s usually based on how delicious it looks in the picture or the little video that plays at the menus. Unfortunately, when I open the food expecting it to look somewhat similar to the photos, I’m often left wondering if I was accidentally given someone else’s food by mistake. Prices are incredibly high these days on everything, and customers help keep businesses running. Giving them at least what they paid for would be the right thing to do. It makes absolutely no sense to short a burger so much of an ingredient it’s supposed to contain in order for it to be that burger. Seriously. Other than skimpy food, this sonic has very friendly car hops.

Update: Sonic responded to this review by sending a link to their website customer service. This honestly made this whole situation worse. The address of where I was what Sonic is right here. I told them the story I posted here and said honestly it was no major big deal. They acted like oh well to extend our apology we want you to download our app and have this coupon for a free drink with any purchase… I’m like What? That’s not an apology that’s a coupon you have all the time and it would cost me more money you aren’t giving me anything.. we went back and forth and I was like look I really don’t care. I was posting my experience with your Sonic and it wasn’t terrible or bad. But you know after this I think I am just going to McDonald’s from now on or somewhere other than Sonic.

The food was absolutely amazing. The menu thing you order on #12 spot was acting a little strange and acting like it was having trouble and the girl who brought me the stuff to the car. Misread the receipt the at first thought that I didn’t pay for my order which I did And I could prove it because it did hit my bank account the minute I charged it.

I love the Dr. Pepper with blue coconut. What do I like more? Not being able to get the change out before it gets brought to me. Very quick service and the lady was very nice. McDonald’s could learn a thing or 2 from employees like that.

Amazing service!! First of all the girl who took my order was so sweet and kind. The food was hot and fresh. Our order was out with 5 minutes and was absolutely delicious. customer service was phenomenal! the carhop (i think her name was bre or that’s what her jacket said) was so sweet and ran inside to get things for our order 3 times and all the three times she came out with a smile. also I was missing an item on my order and my carhop came out and brought my missing item out within 5 minutes.

Just got home with my $18.37 order. There was supposed to be a large tea (not), a large cherry slush, a cheese burger (not), chili cheese tots, footling and regular tots.

The only good thing about my experience was how sweet my carhop, Kylen, was. I ordered a number 10 with mozzarella sticks and a number 17. I got one package of marinara. I pushed the button and asked for syrup. No one ever came out. I waved to my carhop and asked her. Someone else came out. I didn’t catch her name but, she very rudely told me they’d have to charge me for the extra. I tried to explain to her that I never got any and, she cut me off , saying they had put two in the bag. I told her all I had gotten was the one marinara and, even showed her my bag. She still, very rudely insisted that they’d have to charge me. So, I just left. I’ve never been charged for extra sauce, let alone sauce I never got.
