Ordered my food. A plain double cheeseburger (pretty simple). Get back to the job site and find out it’s wrong. Everything is on my burger. The walk up order spot has been unable to take a card for over a month now. The guy taking orders kept repeating back people’s orders wrong. Four other people (should have been a clue). My server was the only one who seems to know how to do her job. I eat at Sonic a lot at least three times a week sometimes more depending on my options. . but both Sonic’s on Charlotte pike are the worst Sonic’s I have been to. I will start looking for other alternatives when I’m working in that area for now on.

Food quality has gone down significantly, while price has gone up drastically. Service is decent but it feels like they run a skeleton crew most of the day. We quit going there cuz for almost $50 for 4 people to eat, you would think the food would be fresh and prep correctly accordingto the order. I guess that costs extra now too

A+! This sonic does food service right. Order was taken in a timely manner. Speaker rep was friendly and order was 100% correct. And in addition, the most well put together and well presented food I’ve had from a fast food joint in years!

We stopped to get the happy hour drinks from Sonic while we were visiting from California. Huge difference in prices. It was really great to see. We expected to pay a lot more and we normally would back at home.

Worst breakfast burrito I have ever had from here. Hardly any filling. Where is the sausage?? Hardly any eggs either. They didn’t add tomatoes like requested. Cheese was the most it had on it. So disappointed. Tots were good, but the carton was hardly filled. Sonic used to be one of my fave fast foods. Can’t say I’ll be back.

deleted my old review to post this one (8/22/2024). I don’t think I need to say much about the hot dog that came in my coney today, the pictures say plenty. These little chicken nuggets are considered full strips apparently for the 5 piece chicken strip meal; ketchup packet for size comparison. Several of the kiosks are still in major disrepair, too, that was the main point of my original review.

The people that work the morning shifts are awesome..I go before 10am for my French Vanilla Ice Coffee..delicious but the customer service makes me love this location..I have 3 around town I love for this same reason..got customer service..friendly..remembering my voice and knowing what I’m about to order.

Accidentally went to the wrong Sonic location today but was pleasantly surprised and glad I went. The customer service was quick and the staff was very friendly! I also feel like the quality of my food was better than the other locations in Nashville. I might make this location my go-to from now on!
