My son & I tried Patches Family Creamery for the first time, and we loved it!
My son got a hot fudge sundae and I got blueberry cheesecake ice cream in a waffle cone. The blueberry cheesecake ice cream was perfect!
Patches also has farm animals, including a small enclosure where you can hang out with some of the goats, which is a bonus! They sell animal feed inside for .$50-$1.
The sitting area outside is really charming and there is a playground for the kids.
We’ll definitely returning!

We Love patches! They have a pretty extensive list of flavors to choose from, as well as a few dairy free options that aren’t listed on thier site. They have a size ice cream that fits anyone. Even my little guy had a tiny kids cone absolutely perfect for him! I had the blueberry cheesecake ice cream in a waffle cone. It was very good, but very sweet. My son said the salted caramel was amazing! Afterwards we saw and petted the animals, and then the kids all played on the playground. I highly recommend going with the whole family to enjoy all they have to offer. As well as all that they have baked goods, milk, candy and many more items for purchase inside. Another side note is that they also have a drive through! Absolutely recommend!

My kids loved our visit to this place! The animals were a blast and adorable. The playground was very unique and fun. But best of all was the very clean and calming atmosphere of the creamery. The staff were very sweet and attentive. The ice cream we had was delicious. We went in for just ice cream and walked out with a gallon of milk as well (price was unbeatable).

What a great friendly fun farm to visit in Lebanon PA.
We got our sweet bunny Elsa from them.
They have a great playground for the kids and you can buy a bag of food for a dollar to feed the animals.
The ice cream is delicious and made there.
Their produce, cheeses, and little grocery store they have is awesome!
A day the kids would highly enjoy!

This place is adorable! Found this on the ice cream trail! First you pull up to plenty of parking! And they have a drive thru for ice cream. There is an entire petting zoo! A playground for the kiddos! Indoor seating outside seating! A viewing window to see them bottle milk. They have milk for purchase and ice cream to go! A great place to take the family! Check them out

Nice little creamery and store. They have milk, eggs and cheese to go with their ice cream. Some other vegetables as well. Inside and outside tables, plus animals outside for the kids. There was a pretty long line when we arrived, but we didn’t have to wait long.

Nice place to stop for icecream. Not the best icecream I’ve ever had but still good. But a nice wholesome family atmosphere. With a farm theme. There is a big glass window to watch milk being bottled if you get there when they are doing it. And farm animals outside for your kids to enjoy. I got a hot fudge sundae with nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. I asked for extra fudge, and I sure got plenty.

First time here and won’t be the last. The place was packed, and a huge line to the door when I arrived. Lucky for me, it didn’t take too long before I had one of the best two scoops of ice cream in my hands. I chose the bananas-n-cream and the chocolate peanut butter. Both were so fresh. The banana had actual pieces of banana in it and my other scoop had a satisfying amount of peanut butter in it. The prices of the ice cream are very reasonable, and they offer a crazy amount of different options to put your scoop or scoops in. I got the homemade waffle cone. I’m confident I would choose this every time now. They also have a small playground for the kids and farm animals. The animals can be pet and given feed that is sold in the creamery. Worth the trip!
