The people that work here are consistently rude and entitled. Today I had an issue with the app. Paid for my order but was unable to confirm my arrival. The old man on duty yelled at me through the speaker and when I went up to the door to speak with them he continued to yell at me. Not only did he not provide his name when he told me I could call and speak to his manager after the weekend 2 days from now, he told me not to tell him how to do his job when I asked for the order I paid for. They stole my money and made me feel horrible. Customer service is non existent. This is not the first time which is why I’m leaving a review. I was close enough to see inside the kitchen and found it to be disgusting and dirty. Definitely will not be returning because I know the food quality is at risk for contamination. This location needs to reviewed by health inspectors and given a maintenance review as well for the potholes and lighting outages for safety concerns. They are violating ethics and all the codes.

Order was missing tator tots. They delivered them once I said something. I verbally asked for a strawberry shake, but got a chocolate shake. The receipt said chocolate so I didn’t ask for a replacement as I should have seen it on the screen.

I’m never coming here again. I knew this wasn’t a great service but I come from time to time just to see if it had improved but it didn’t. Had to go to two different stalls after waiting 15-20 minutes just to order food but noone answer. (Don’t tell me to call a number for complaints or feedbacks because I know nothing here will change.)

I’ve been here several times in the past couple of weeks and Michael, the one who is out delivering the food to the vehicles, always has a huge smile, walks with enthusiasm, and looks you dead in the eyes as he delivers the food. This guy is a blessing to Sonic and provides a very enjoyable experience. It’s the little things that matter And this dude gets it. Promote this fella as soon as possible.

Quite literally the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been too. Consistently have to wait over half an hour for food every time I come where and just waited 25 mins for 2 milkshakes. Would take less time overall to drive to another one in town to be honest.

This sonic location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I only come to this location bc it’s the only one by my work, and they’re the only fast food that offers Green Mountain coffee. My order is wrong Every Single Time I come here, never fails. This morning I ordered a bacon burrito and received a sausage. They brought a new one out to me. When I opened it up to add salsa there was a hair right there on top. I got my money back. The pic above is an Egg, yes the brown patty that looks like a bottom bun is actually an egg. Ridiculous

I love the food here and the people who come to your car are so nice but try calling on the phone they act like they can never hear you and hang up. When you order here you have to repeat yourself over and over at the window and even then they might not get it right. Smh. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.
