My experience at this location was excellent. They were quick to help me, they understood well and appreciated everyone service who walked to the Register. My food was hot and done the exact way I order. The table were cleaned and staff was on point . The only is the bathrooms. They just need to do a better job at cleaning it

The owners of this restaurant are extremely cheap and incompetent. Every year this restaurant gets worse. The food is overpriced and now they have smaller staff working so the wait time is 30 minutes at least. Total waste of money and time. The owners of this restaurant desperately need to be replaced.

After living across the street (7yrs) here’s my honest review. When I ask an employee “I’ll wait up front because I want it fresh”. That works 40% of the time. They say no your good here.I Drive 1 block away from where I live it’s ice cold. I have no problem waiting on my food that I paid a high price for, for it to be HOT. Now I see why McDonald’s across the street is always packed & this place is a ghost house. For the price I pay here I can go to in n out & Canes for a lower price & better quality.

This I guess is what they call a “famous star” On a separate occasion they got my entire order wrong and then refused a refund because the order I received was of higher value.
