I really hate to be this way, but I literally just wasted $23. From the beginning, it went bad. Thank God for the screen, because my waitress Courtney got the order all wrong. To add insult to injury, theres a huge grease spot on the bag from the french fries. The chicken is entirely too overcooked also.

This is the 2nd time I ordered a BLT and what I got was nothing like the photo advertised. I opened the sandwich to see approximately 1 piece of bacon crumbled, 2 withered slices of tomato and a pinch of shredded lettuce. Needless to say I should have checked it when I got it instead of waiting till I got home.

Poor customer service. Ordered $40 worth of food and recieved two grilled cheese and a cheap chicken sandwich. When we got home and realized the order was wrong, we called and was told they’d only mail coupons or remake order if we drove 17 miles back to location.

Been coming to this place since it opened the quality and consistency has always been there, yeah I’m sure there’s been few slip-ups but hey check your bag before you leave. If you want hot and cool fresh food fast with quality products and good service pull on in.

Order combo #1 without onions, after smelling the onion, I pulled back into the stall, pushed the red button again. Told the young lady that I had ordered the burger without onions, ok so you think that they would get it right. I didn’t look in tje bag because it was folded very nicely got only to open the bag and smell onions again, from the looks of the burger they tries to scrap the onions of the burger. I called only to get voicemail, so I called again because I am very … I speak with a young lady who asked if I wanted to come back to get a new burger, that wasn’t an option since I had already driven to get it and it was late. Spoke with the manager, he understood that I was about the situation. Managet asked what he could to make it right, I just want a FULL refund for the food. My advice always check your food before leaving.
