First time visit to Sonic for Breakfast. I ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito. It’s supposed to have •
Eggs, Zesty Cheese Sauce, Bacon, Tots, Shredded Cheddar, Cheese, Sausage, Tortilla. It was pathetic. One strip of bacon smaller than the picante packet and it was smaller than a McD’s burrito. I included the receipt to prove the order. The order screen wasn’t working either. You couldn’t tap very much on the screen. The staff member was nice enough though, with a smile.

The Stilts
I am very disappointed in my experience with this Sonic location. I ordered via the Sonic app and my food was supposed to be ready at 6:20. I arrived around 6:25 and parked in a stall and entered the # in my app. I waited 10 minutes and watched an employee carry in 3 pizzas to the staff of probably all teenagers. They consumed the pizzas and looked to be just socializing and not doing their jobs. I called the location and spoke to a polite young guy who checked and my order had been received, but he wasn’t sure why it was not ready. Shortly thereafter, a nice young lady brought the order to me, 17 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. If there had been many patrons or the staff had been visibly working hard, I would have understood why the wait was so long. But, this is what happens when you let kids run a restaurant. After reading numerous bad reviews for this Sonic, you would think the owner/mgmt would change things immediately. I suggest this happen, or you will have to close down like the rest of the businesses who don’t take care of their customers.

This by far is the worst Sonic I don’t even see how it’s still open. Ordered the fish sandwich extra tartar sauce with cheese and a route 44 dragon lemonade. First the sandwich had no cheese on it and no extra tartar sauce I took the sandwich back to the young lady that brought out which she was very kind and told her what was wrong. Then a gentleman comes and tells me they are out of tartar sauce so they put mayonnaise on there instead without telling me what if I was allergic to mayonnaise? Then I told him there was no cheese on the sandwich so he went back in i waited for about 5 minutes open the sandwich all ge did was put a cold piece of cheese on my b sandwich which was cold now it didn’t even melt and didn’t have the courtesy to make me a fresh one. Then i taste the dragon fruit lemonade it had no lemonade tasted like a cherry limeade with dragonfruit syrup. I try to give this sonic a chance but it fails me everytime they need to make changes to staff and management.

We went to get a sundaes. Pressed button, a voice said very sharp and loud “Yup” after saying what I wanted, silence just a lot of background conversation. After 2 minutes, another voice asked “What is your order?” I said my order again. This time a lot of giggly voices and then silence. I looked at the board, no action going on. I decided to drive to another fast food on Lebanon road. We will never go to Sonic ever again. It is not my way to give a bad review but this was simply awful.

Both Mt. Juliet locations have failed me as they will tell me “we’ll take your order in just a minute” and after 10 minutes no response. The food is good but to basically forget you’re there is unacceptable. On to the next place once again.

I normally NEVER post negativity on Google about restaurants because I understand how it can be.
I was on my lunch break and had to pull into not 1, not 2, not 3 but 5 DIFFERENT stalls just to end up placing a mobile order because no one would answer me. Multiple of the screens don’t work, and I got a notification on the stall saying someone was on their way out with my order and low and behold no one was. I spent almost 30 minutes simply trying to order and then ended up being late back from my break.

absolutely rude and attitude filled staff. it took about 15 minutes to get our food. during that time there was people riding around the parking lot recklessly and employees encouraging it. lots of yelling outside as well. when we finally got out food we got even more attitude and not only was all the food cold, my tots were stale. any other place woulda be better. not worth ur time or money.

I’m more likely to frequent places that demonstrate care for their employees. When you have touch screens that don’t work and don’t allow me to tip your carhops it speaks volumes. My food and service are going to be better if your employees are happy!

When I went to school at Mount Juliet Middle School, I would come to this Sonic every morning. I loved this place so much. The food is delicious and, even though the service wasn’t the best, they got my food out in a reasonable amount of time with a positive attitude. Thank you Sonic staff.

care about Customers.We ended up with no edible Fries for our toddler.Avoid this sonic ifyour looking for decent Food and decent service. I hope they do better for other customers because it’s unacceptable to give someone old food I’m sure the would want fresh food if they eat out it should be the standard
