I order from this place through doordash sometimes and I decided today to called up there to ask about a food item. Some lady answered the phone and was acting like I was bothering her and she hung up on my face so I called up there again and this time a man answered and he just groaned and he hung up on my face. The food is so good but I probably won’t be ordering again because of the poor customer service. Now I have to find another Coney Island and hope they won’t treat me like this.

Neighborhood diner in the city. Parking options could use more signs on the side offering drive-through. Walked in and ordered at the window, she was pretty helpful in finding vegan options. Settled on the veggie stir fry, and it showed up looking and tasting better than expected. The side salad was basic, yet a lot of dressing was offered. Pita bread side was nice, glad it wasn’t coated in butter. Telling the cook it was for a vegan patron probably helped.
The table tops all lean like those waiting for orders have sat on them causing the tilt on each. It wasn’t enough that dining was impacted.
Sadly a guy came in off the street asking for help and collected more money than the person taking our orders. He was asked to leave after about 15 minutes of skimming.

This restaurant is terrible and very nasty we had hair in one of the 6 egg rolls we ordered and we called to tell them about yes they said bring it back but once I came in the cook talking bout that it was impossible and to be nice he would give us another one I didn’t want it but I rather give it to someone else on the strret they made it fast and it look terrible as well couldn’t even cook it all the way going back and fourth when I even tip as well never coming back every again y’all might as well be grandys

Leaving a Tigers game with a full bladder, we took a bet on Davidson Ave and quickly learned (after two gas station stops), this is NOT the part of town to find a public restroom. Our second stop recommended “Coney Island across the street” and their laughter when I said “I’ll buy 6 hot dogs if you share your bathroom code with us!” was the best. While waiting, our conversation with our host was fantastic – and our 6 & 8 yo food critics gave 10 out of 5 stars to their plain hot dog and tater tots. The beef & lamb gyro was incredible – way beyond expectations for an emergency restroom stop. We would go out of our way to stop here on purpose – highly recommend!

The service was slow and my cheeseburger was burned .. cooked very hard… all I tasted was charred meat and bun I took one little bite and thew that mess away!! Ketchup could not mask that burnt taste
