I’ve been here before and the service is usually somewhat better, but tonight was ridiculous. I placed a mobile order for 1 large order of mozzarella sticks at 6:44pm (this was after I had already waited 5 minutes in the stall after pushing the red button). I didn’t get my order until 7:08. And as I redirected they weren’t even hot. Lukewarm was the best way to put it but by the time I finished the last couple they were cold! It may be a while before I try to stop back by here. I love their mozzarella sticks but they aren’t worth waiting 30+ minutes for.

Terrible experience today, placed an online order and showed they were bringing my food out and never did. I pressed the red button 3 times and they never once would answer, I called the store and no answer as well. Suddenly the car hop comes and brings my food and does say anything at all, no apologies or nothing. Overall I waited 30 mins or more for my meal.

Ordered food service was horrible. I don’t usually write reviews but the people working last night are incompetent and some how left out over half my order, also the carhop Lindsay was very rude I’d clean house your night shift is awful.

Good fast friendly service and the food was good. I had to meet up with family and I had my poodle pup so this was a pet friendly location just off I-40 for us to meet. The weather was great for us to sit outside to enjoy a few minutes together. The patio area was clean and our server was very nice. Great Sonic management because it shows!

Got hungry while driving from Nashville to NYC. This place was near a few gas stations too. Great. I’ve had probably 4-5 sonic meals over the past month..and they have mostly been terrible. But this was not. It did take a super long time. But the lady who gave me my food apologized and all was good.

Place my order. Machine will not read my card. I know it works. Person brings my food, I end up paying in cash. They didn’t have any change. They leave and come back. In that amount of time I look in the bag I have no ketchup with my French fries. When they came back to hand me my change which I’ve already tipped them ask them for ketchup. They said okay. And then never came back. I’m also adding a picture of the pathetic looking french fries that I got. They brag about their groovy freeze these things aren’t groovy at all. They’re very lame.

Pretty quick service ,nice ,easy to get in and get out. The burgers were nearly perfect not soggy or wet like some of the other sonics I’ve been to. I would pick this one over the ones in gallatin.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Waited over 20 minutes and the food never came out. Actually we didn’t see anyone get any food for the 20 minutes we were there. Had to drive away hungry.

Waited 25 minutes for a simple order. Then the food was cold and overcooked. Hit the call button to tell them they forgot something in my order and waited another 20 minutes. Gave up and took the food inside and told them it sucked and left. This location is especially bad. Won’t ever go back. Everything inside looked nasty, so I am glad I didn’t eat the food (after the first bite).
