Check your bags before leaving and don’t hesitate to push the red button when they forget to complete your order. This goes for all restaurants but I’ve had many incomplete orders from this location. They often forget any sauce that is advertised to come with an item such as cheese sauce for the pretzel or ranch for the Buffalo chicken bites.

Ordered 3 sodas and a blast. Waited for 10 minutes, finally told ice cream machine was not working employee said could refund back to card. Waited another 10 minutes before drinks came, (one was incorrect) employee asked if we wanted receipt, we replied we did. Employee proceeded to hand receipt but then held onto it as I took it. He then told me he owed me $7. Another 5 minutes. He brought $7 and asked if I also wanted the $.37. At that point we were ready to leave and never return. Get your refreshment elsewhere

It’s been multiple times I’ve went to this sonic & they got my order wrong or didn’t give me what I payed for. I’ve come back only because I have always liked sonic & thought maybe it they would do a good job next time but at this point I’m sure they are just poorly trained. I’m sick of paying $20+ on things only to be unsatisfied. Guess I’ll just be driving to Mount Juliet from now on.

July 13, 2023 Sonic has pretty good fast food. But I do have a concern. It looks like they have changed the size/length of their mozzarella cheese sticks. They are shorter now and I need to verify their price point. Not long ago they changed the sizes of their Sonic Blasts and charged more for a lesser portion. Then I guess enough people complained and they reverted back.

The service here is hit-or-miss. The credit card swipers havent worked in months, so it is an annoyance, but that double cheese sonicburger is still a damn-good burger.

Pulled up, they had all outside lights off as if to look closed @ 8pm while workers were inside. Despite that google says they close @ 11pm. Not surprised. Same sonic that we pulled up to another night and they told us they were closed at around 8pm. We pulled in to another stall and then they took our order. We watched as they told every other car they were closed. They don’t want to work. Terrible!

EVERY TIME WE COME HERE, ITS BEEN HORRIBLE! In January, we ordered exactly $36.37 of food, got home. Half of our food wasn’t in there, and it was freezing cold plus we waited for forty-five minutes at the stall for someone to come serve us. I did call and inform the manager of what the situation was and put the name under “French”for our over $37 order to be replaced that we could come anytime to pick it up, we didn’t want to pick it up because the food has been absolutely awful ever since that last time. And we refuse to go back to get food. So 3 nights ago, we decided we’re just gonna go get some drinks, some sodas, and we sat there for 12 minutes waiting on 2 drinks with three cars in the parking lot, and that was it. I am in food service. I understand short staff. I understand problems occur, but this has gone too far and too ridiculous, and we’ve lost out forty dollars worth of money dealing with this location. I love sonic but I definitely will not be back to this location unless something is done about this.
