I just tried to call to address the fact that I went there this afternoon about 12:00pm and my chicken sandwich was RAW! No one answered the phone though and the mailbox was full.

To start off our server was amazing. Kind, let us know they were out of something we ordered. Awesome! But then I started eating. Obviously I’m not expecting fast food to be a culinary experience, but I wasn’t expecting to feel nauseous with every bite. The burger patty tasted like it had been microwaved 8 times, so I moved onto the chicken sandwich. Chicken breast looked like it had been run over, 3 slivers of shredded lettuce, 4 pickles stacked on top of each other and about a 1/3 cup of mayo. Like what bonsai plant made this sandwich. Very disappointing.

i don’t complain on restaurants because i work in one , i placed my order but the music was so loud in the back i had to literally repeat every other word . i said then they sent my bacon cheeseburger out with no patty what so ever on it . they girl was very apologetic about it .. but they need to be more aware of what’s going on .

service is horrible, asked for condiments and was told we could only get 1 per car though i added 4 on my online order. got my food with a hair on it and manager was rude about replacing it – didn’t seem to care about our bad experience. will not be coming back.

This is one of the worst sonics they have in this area. Food is always been sitting for a long time and they cannot cook tots or fries for the life of them. Whomever owns this one should have them shadow the one on old hickory. The quality at that Sonic is on point.

The prices here are unbelievable. I could eat at a really nice restaurant for what I paid for this and to make things worse, my burrito is tiny. This thing isn’t big enough to feed my 3 year old. Why do you charge significantly more and make the portions smaller?? And thanks for not cooking the sausage. I do love getting food poisoning. Real classy Sonic… 1/10 Do not recommend

If I have multiple deliveries coming out of here with 3 or more drinks on them, then I’m out of luck! Because I have only 2 cupholders in my car. So, I guess I’ll just hold the extra drinks in my hands and drive with my knees!
Seriously, why is it only this location that seems to have this problem? It absolutly contributes to this location’s reputation as the lesser Sonic in the area.

The service was rushed. Ordered a grilled cheese and a large drink and it was practically thrown in the car. The server kicked the door from the kitchen open. The grilled cheese was on regular stale bread. You could not see or taste the cheese there was so little on the sandwich. It was basically eating bread only.
