Best sonic in the area! I have eaten on the one for Murfreesboro for years, but stopped by the one on Mallory Lane a few months ago and have never been disappointed!!! I give attention to detail. The food is always hot and everyone is courteous.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I had a gift card. Place our order: burger, corn dog, fries, tots. You’re at Sonic, ya gotta order toys right?
The card reader isn’t working.
Try CC. Still no luck.
Food is brought out and here’s where the 1* comes from: she can’t process the card and RETURNS inside… with our food!
When she returns we finally get our now luke-cold food. No one wants cold fries & tots but I’ve got things to do.
I understand the card needed to be processed.
I don’t understand carrying my hot food around getting cold and soggy.
Did they think I would drive off without my CC.

I’m a little embarrassed . I eat in great restaurants all over the country BUT I’ll still sneak off and have a guilty pleasure meal at Sonic. I know it isn’t healthy but I love it. Blizzards helped me survive Thailand s heat. And those hotdogs just taste good

Made a quick stop at Sonic for a banana milk shake. Delicious and good price for it. No issues with parking. A shout to Jennifer for being prompt and professional. She was working hard tonight. I like the menu changes too. They have a progress bar on the menu to keep you updated on the status of your order. I plan on coming back in the future.

I stopped in from traveling and there was no way I was going to order. The drive through was packed as well as all of the parking spots to order was taken. I didn’t even order knowing it would take forever to get anything. This place is way to packed to service this amount of people. They need to do something about the amount of people. I never seen a sonic so packed in my life. I am not even sure if its worth to come through again seeing how it was.

Honestly just so disappointed. I don’t generally have high hopes for fast food joints but this was dismal. Waited over an hour for food. Had 3 young kids in the car so I said… whatever I will just go get a refund. No big deal. Took an additional 30 minutes to get a refund and still didn’t get a reciept or confirmation from the manager at any time that it was done. I just said whatever and left. Hopefully it goes through, but I am doubtful.

I’m a big Sonic fan! It’s not very often that I find a Sonic that does it as well as this one did for me tonight. My food was fresh and hot. The server was very nice and made sure I was good before she walked away. Thank you to this Sonic for giving me hope that all Sonic’s can actually do a great job.

Was trying to get lunch with my boyfriend. Lady on the speaker caught a horrible attitude while he tried to order. I tried stepping in and correcting the mistakes on what we had ordered so far (I thought maybe she couldn’t understand his accent) only to be ignored and met with more attitude “Okay yeah but what was the drink”. We decided to just leave after this without finishing the order since it seemed to be such a big inconvenience to her. This was my first (and last) time I have been to this Sonic and what a disappointment it was. I’ve worked in food all my life and get that it’s frustrating sometimes, honestly I hate even writing this because I get the struggle.. but part of working in customer service is providing said service to customers. If it’s such a chore for you then you should find a new career path.
