Food does generally taste good, but I no longer go to this location due to multiple problems. I ordered a drink with a flavor and while drinking it, my straw hit something mushy. It was a piece of fruit which was not the flavor I nor anyone else in the vehicle ordered. That can be a major allergy issue for the customer if they happen to be allergic to a random fruit they didn’t order that was put in the drink. I also saw an employee empty the garbage outside then walk back in and seemed to proceed filling orders before it appeared she could have even had the chance to wash her hands.

$20 for two burritos and mozz sticks. We waited 15 minutes for marinara sauce that they forgot to give us. Food was old and cold anyway. This is not the Sonic you want to eat at.

All good was old, cold, and stale. Tater tots were cold and greasy. Cheese wasn’t melt on the burgers and they were old and cold. Food was disgusting. The quality at this location continues to deteriorate.

When asking for easy ice, we typically don’t mean for you to fill the cup to the rim with ice. Barely any liquid in there for a large drink. Seems like yall are being kind of cheap.

Ordered 2 cheeseburger combo meals. 1st time ever from any fast food chain that our hamburgers were cold, the drinks tasted like they were bad something must have been off on the ratio or out of date syrup.

Yesterday evening around little after 4pm I came through the drive-thru I ordered a coney foot long hot dog without cheese with a strawberry milkshake i paid for it i took it to my wife and she took it out it wasn’t a footlong it was just a regular hot dog and I had noticed thats they didn’t give me a receipt plus I believe there where two people try to take my order so I think I would go to the one sonic on the other end of town next time at least they can get Peoples orders right

I have given this store 3 chances, months apart (hoping to give enough time for changes), with mobile app orders. The wait time is always absurd, and this weekend was no different.
I ordered a drink and a cup of ice – no food. It took 17 minutes to get my order. The prompt on the screen changed to “X is delivering your order” (or whatever the verbiage is) within 3 or 4 minutes of checking in. I waited 10 more minutes, then hit the red button and asked about my order, and it finally came out a few minutes later. The ice I got was crushed slushie ice – not Sonic ice. Who would come to Sonic to order anything other than the famous chewy nugget ice?? Frustrated, I wasn’t going to wait any longer for it to be corrected. Nearly 20 minutes for a drink and a cup of generic crushed ice is pretty absurd.
Prior to this weekend, the last time I was here several months ago, I ordered a drink & a pretzel – it took 25 minutes. I mean, c’mon y’all.
Not sure what is going on at this location, but I’m a Sonic snob, and the only other location with wait times like this is Kingston Springs. Maybe check into what the Sonic by the interstate or the one in Fairview are doing differently – because whatever you’re doing at this location simply isn’t working. I won’t be back for a very long time. Hoping for a different experience next time.

Ordered onion rings…. got one big glob of 8 onion rings fried together. Therefore they were not all cooked through. Gross. Ordered Large drink and got small, when questioned the girl said what do you want me to do about it.
