Always a great experience here! The food is delicious and the nachos are the best. You gotta add the tri-tip to the nachos and they’re perfect! They have a great prime rib dinner special during the weekend and it’s a very good price. For $36, you get a 15oz prime rib, a soup or salad, 2 sides and a pizookie to finish it off! The Blackened Atlantic salmon is always delicious, perfectly cooked and pairs well with the lemon chardonnay butter sauce. The pizookies are an excellent shareable dessert with a lot of flavor options. We got the Butterfinger pizookie last time and it’s as good as it sounds. I will say that they have cut back on portions due to inflation and rising minimum wage/labor costs but that’s not their fault. It’s either that or the prices go up. Honestly, most people could eat a little less anyway.

We love this place for their food and great service. Sophia was such a pleasure to have serve us and the prime rib was fantastic. I don’t say this often but it is better than mine.

BJ’s was once known for their DEEP dish Pizza but apparently they changed their ingredients to something very sad. I told the manager how confused I was when I received this large pizza, which is actually their deep dish pizza now. After issuing a refund and sending me away empty handed and not satisfied to recommend coming here or coming back. I don’t think I will since the manager claims that there was nothing he could do. I get the manager didn’t change the ingredients but when a customer spends $30 and tips, to say “I can’t do anything” as a manager is very telling how much you care about your customers in this economy. You don’t care about your customers because if you did care, you would’ve done something. I actually didn’t even ask for a refund I just went back in questioning the food, which he took back. So giving an unwanted refund, taking food back, and that’s $30+ held until Monday. Just great service.

One cannot go wrong with BJ’s and this was was no exception. Large setup, very well maintained, bright and well located.
Food options are wide, something for everyone including vegetarians and vegans.
We tried a wide variety of drinks and starters and all were good. The mains portion size was good and tasted well. Pizookie was fairly large and can be easily shared between two or may be three people.
Service was quick, with the right level of friendliness and humour. Overall a good experience.

We had a great experience at BJ’s! The jambalaya was flavorful, with a nice mix of spices and plenty of shrimp, chicken and sausage. Their serving was so plentiful we split it and it was plenty! However, it was a bit on the oily side, which made it a little heavy. Other than that, everything was spot on—friendly service, a fun sports bar atmosphere, and a menu with lots of tempting options. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!

Upon being seated, handed menus. We waited 15 to 20 minutes, seen three other couples get seated after us. They got drinks, and noticed one of those tables got appetizer, meanwhile we are still waiting on a waiter. Go up to the front at this point and acknowledge to the lady who is busy looking at herself, and explain our dilemma, return to table, wait another 10 minutes. Why we waited, beats me…. The waiter arrives pull out a chair at our table puts his foot onto chair and takes our order, very unprofessional. No apologies from anyone. We ordered, and ate. We will never return.

We’re always impressed with this location. The staff is always friendly & helpful. This time, our server was Dominick. He was outstanding. We love his Christmas sweater & had. The food is always wonderful. #1 spot for us in Tucson.. Update 2023. Still #1 for us. Brittany served us twice now. Jose is a great manager, always walking around making sure everything & everyone is great! Tip: Join their Premier awards and get priority seating plus 10.00 credits toward food for every 100.00 you spend. If you follow us on our travels, you know the quality of food is everything for us & that we usually try to find more local unique places. BJ’S gives us that local feeling with their staff.

Went there because my 14 yr old daughter wanted a Pizookie. We both had burgers (cheeseburger plain and brisket). They were both fine…but the fries we received were both excessively salty. I asked the waitress to bring us different fries and those also came back excessively salty. Only had a couple fries. Disappointing. The pizookie at the end, we shared, was on point though.

The service was fantastic! Raven was great. We were there quite a while, and he continued to check in on us and made sure everything was great. Mac and cheese balls were hot and fresh, very tasty. Flat bread pizza, extreme pepperoni was good as well, but a little on the greasy side. And of course we finished with dessert.
