I got the best Sonic cheeseburger I ever gotten there today! Perfectly toasted buns and fresh veggies even though I got onions that I didn’t ask for. It was a surprise blessing, actually. If they hadn’t been on there, it would have tasted different!

Night shift sucks all they do is talk and vape inside the building then want to act like your wrong for telling them to hurry the hell up for the other people and quit talking!!!!! 37 mins to get 2 hot dogs and a burger with 2 drinks!!! Had to wait 10 minutes just to put in the order!!

I’m currently waiting on my order I pressed the button they picked up the call and 5 minutes later they finally talked to me to take my order I was watching them waiting for them to take my order and Ashely or whatever her name is was walking around near the drink machine with a headset on and Kaylee who took my order was busy playing on her phone while I was waiting for her to get my order hope this reaches the manager and hope even the owners sees this it’s happened to me for about a month now like this I was here last week and had to press the button 3 times I waited for the button to go dark before I was pressing it again and Ashley finally answered that time it’s always her or Kaylee not answering the boy that takes orders is quick to answer when I’m here but not them even when it’s not busy they are slow as molasses

I placed an order and had to wait an hour for my food. My food was cold and what I had ordered was not right. I ordered 2 bacon ranch queso wraps and all it had on it was a piece of chicken and ranch. So disappointing in the fact that this sonic used to be very good and fast but it has went downhill bad.

This is the worst sonic I waited for order for over 30 minutes. Then when I repushed the button they said there was a mix up and they are now working on my order. People Need training. I will never .come back! I work and I’m on a schedule can’t wait 30 min for food to be cooked fast food right!

This is one of the slowest Sonics I have been to. They take the fast out of Fast Food. I stop by this location on occasion passing through. They never seem to give marinara with cheese sticks or syrup with french toast sticks, which is very strange. You shouldn’t have to ask for them like they wouldn’t normally go together… common sense. Pass this location if you’re in a hurry. I typically order 10-15 minutes ahead of time, and I am always waiting longer.
