Worst Sonic I have ever been to. I got a Frito chili cheese wrap and it was everywhere before I even got it all the way unwrapped. The chili was falling all over the place. They don’t care about the service

This specific location has been the worst sonic I have ever been to. I understand being under staffed but that shouldn’t change the quality of the food or service. I ordered dinner for 3, place wasn’t too busy but became busy after I got there. After 20 min I saw a young lady come out with what looked like my order, turned around, went back in and set the order on the counter. Our order had a chocolate shake and so did the order she placed back on the counter. She proceeded to bring out order after order and never addressed what the hold up was with mine. After waiting almost 30 min for my order I ended up leaving with no food and going elsewhere. I’m pretty disappointed because my family like sonic, but something needs to change at this location. And to top it off! The owner was there doing what looked like evaluations or having a meeting with one of the employees when they both could have been helping get orders out!

My son and I came to this location tonight after his ball practice to get dinner for our family. We waited for about 25 minutes, got our food and came home. They forgot to put the nerds in my son’s nerds slushy which they charged me for, my 2 steak and bacon grilled cheese sandwiches were not warm but the bacon and steak were burnt completely black and the cheese was a brownish color, the tots and fries were both cold and looked and tasted old. I usually prefer this location but tonight the food was just plain awful! Expected better for the money I spent!

Service was great, food came out fairly quick being it was during lunch hour. I was disappointed that I was served 3 very small chicken tenders or maybe portions shrank while food prices go up!

Admittedly overcharged my Debit Card. No immediate refund. Stated they in the future would online replace on my Debit Card. Could easily have given me a cash refund. Service was also really slow.

I will never buy another milk shake at Sonic again. They have ruined them. It may have 1 scoop of ice cream in it & the rest was a hot mix of something. This was in a medium cup & tasted like a foamy hot mess. There are no longer large frozen REAL Ice Cream Shakes at Sonic in Centreville anymore!! Sad! Only a FOAMY hot mess in a medium cup for almost $6.00 each. You pay for a large hot mess in a medium cup. $6.00 Not me. I will not waist my time or money on a hot mess like that again, that they call a Classic Ice cream shake! Don’t waste your money!
