This is one of the worst Sonics I’ve eaten at in awhile. How you can make a BAD breakfast toaster is beyond me, but it happened. The bacon was dry and way over cooked the eggs darkened by a dirty grill and even the toaster was stale. When I got to the bottom of the tots the cup was covered in thick oil where they hadn’t been drained properly, I threw all but a few away. I will say the order for to my car fast and the the picnic table area was clean.

Around 1:15 pm Sunday, Feb 1st, my daughter (a former carhop at this very Sonic many years ago) and I ordered about $35 worth of food, including three burgers.
The order taker was noticeably snippy and annoyed when she asked for a Jalapeño Burger and he said they didn’t have it, then grudgingly listed alternatives.
Food came to the car quickly, but when we got home we noticed one burger was missing. She returned, explained the issue, and clearly told them exactly what toppings and condiments she wanted on the replacement.
They brought it out. Got home again: plain patty on a bun—zero toppings, zero sauce.
After two trips, clear instructions, and $35 spent, we still received an incomplete and incorrect order the second time. The disregard for basic accuracy felt intentional.
This location provided consistently poor service: rude attitude, missing items, and a deliberately botched replacement. Unacceptable, especially for someone who once worked there and knows how it should be done.
I will not return and do not recommend this Sonic to anyone.

Food is good but it the Great American Drive inn has gotten a little bit pricey to me but I guess everything has so if it is good for in a few minutes then look no further because this one is one of the better ones in fast food.

Traveling thru and stopped at 12:30 p.m. for lunch on a Wednesday. They were packed. Friendly staff, food came out fast, everything was perfect and food was really good. It’s one of the best Sonics that I’ve eaten at in a long time.

I ordered my food twice. My first order came with onion rings, that I didn’t order, and nothing else. My 2nd order came with the things I ordered just made wrong and I wouldn’t eat it. After waiting 2 hours to eat I got to eat some mozzarella sticks for dinner. Thanks Sonic.

I ordered some drinks during happy hour this weekend and all I can say is I’m beyond disappointed. Our first time here and two of the three drinks were undrinkable. As a carhop making drinks, you should attempt to make drinks right bc you want repeat customers. I was hesitant to ask for new drinks bc I didn’t want anyone altering my new drink. Asked for mayo on the burger. What did I get… A burger that looked like it was made two hours prior with no mayo. Ugggh, so many choices in town, spend your money elsewhere folks. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

The food and drinks are always good, but both times I’ve done for my dinner after work my order has been wrong. The first time they gave me a cheeseburger when I ordered chicken tenders, the second time I got a cheeseburger with bbq sauce on it instead of the pork bbq sandwich. The worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic location! I ordered a route 44 sweet tea with lemon. The first time they gave me something without lemon, the spend time they gave me unsweet tea with lemon. I didn’t have a chance to go back because I was already late to my doctor’s appointments because they couldn’t get a simple drink order correct..
