He said it hadn’t been cleaned since after the lunch rush because an employee went home, but I know he must be lying. THIS PLACE IS WAY TOO DIRTY! Probably hadn’t been cleaned in a month. I was afraid to eat after standing in the line, walking the lobby to find a clean table. RESULT, none found. Who is he? He is a man claiming he is the DISTRICT MANAGER of the area. When I brought the filth of the restaurant to his attention, he shrugged it off because he wanted to get back to hanging out with his crew in the drive-through. Don’t take my word just have a look at the photos for yourself. Good luck if you can digest food served in that environment.

I don’t know how it’s possible but my wife kept going driving back to get our orders fixed. Time after time, after time and somehow still end up messing up. I wanted 3 double plain (no condiments or veggies) cheese burgers but somehow ended up with no cheese in my cheeseburgers. We’ve never ever had issues with any BK in other states but this one is unbelievable especially considering how there was a young dark haired heavy set girl being rude to my wife and losing her cool on her. Not acceptable. She should go find a new job.

I ordered from Mobile 15 minutes earlier only for two french fries, and then I came here to pick it up and they said the order didn’t go through. It’s frustrating. They should take care about the cleanliness.

I stood right here, at the order counter, for 5 full minutes. They never looked up from their phones. I tried to get their attention multiple times by saying “excuse me”, but the music was so loud they never heard me.
2 other customers came in right after me. They also left without ordering.
I finally left and went to the McD’s across the street.

This was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Behind the counter and the cooking areas had trash all over the floor. The dinning room areas had dirt and trash laying around also. While waiting for our order we heard the girl tell the next guest they were out of tomatoes and onions. That was not mentioned to us so I just assumed it would not affect our order. I was wrong. I ordered an impossible whopper and requested no mayo just vegetables and ketchup. When I got my burger I opened it to check and there were maybe 5 pieces of lettuce ketchup and more mayo than any. No tomatoes no onions. The impossible patty was not cooked and still a red color. The whole experience was unsettling. I don’t know what is happening in that restaurant, but it is very unsanitary and needs some kind of management.

Food was not correct, worker did not seemed trained. Food was cold. Ice cream machine was down. Terrible experience given the price. Bathrooms were discusting. Handicap stall was out of order for my mother. This franchise needs to be pulled. Corporate is being notified.

So we came across To Burger King and I was bit by the most friendliest person on this earth. The food was hot good and Service was lightning fast. Save your time and your patience and go across the street to Burger King.

I was doing a door dash, picking up a milk shake. I pulled up to pick up said shake and was told that they did not have shakes. So, why am I at Burger King picking up a milk shake for door dash if you guys won’t make one. Waste of my time. Rawlins is a small town, it’s really not that hard to make a shake, especially when it is not busy at all.

Was there tonight. Ordered two 8 piece nuggets large fry and then two bacon king meals. Got to the window they put the wrong burgers on the receipt with ok I get it people make mistakes so I told them what was wrong. Well they made me pull forward and wait and eventually brought my food out. Thinking nothing about it got home and went to eat my food and the bacon king is a double cheeseburger burger both of them.I don’t know what is going on with this store but they need a serious management upgrade !

Only one of the several employees there was attentive to the guests waiting. He checked up on our order and got us the food that was missing in our order, which was very much appreciated. But we waited for over 20 minutes for food that was obviously very old and stale, and two other employees walked by the register and across the lobby several times and didn’t even acknowledge anyone who was waiting. The one attentive employee was very friendly and he deserves a raise
