What a glow up! 10 months ago I left a terrible review because this place was a mess. In the last few weeks I’ve come here a few times and am pleased to see they have fixed the place up and it is again a respectable restaurant serving the community.
I believe the place is under new management and it really shows because the ice cream machine is fixed, many of the potholes have been patched, the building and lot looks like it was power washed and cleaned really well and overall its much better. The service is pretty decent too. A+, keep up the good work y’all

Ordered the Footlong Coney with cheese and onions. I got a Footlong without onions. Ordered a Chili cheese coney with onions. I got Chili cheese tots. I ordered a medium fries. I got old crunchy fries that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Sonic.

Every time I come to this sonic the lady is so sweet! The past couple times I’ve come their ice cream machine was down but she always does her best to accommodate me and I can tell she really cares about her job and her customers which is so rare for fast food nowadays.

I haven’t been here for a long time because of terrible past experiences, so I gave it another shot and everything was awesome, the order was correct, the employees were very happy and nice respectful, To all whom do the hiring, you have a killer crew working for you, treat them as well as they are treating your customers, I will definitely be returning to Sonics

I was surprised how creative their drinks were. It gave me an experience, like a non-alcoholic cocktail, and the ingredients were very fresh and the chicken was crispy. French fries are delicious

Stay clear of this place. On a slow Wednesday night, we waited 40 minutes for 2 milkshakes for my kids and one order of cheese sticks. We gave up and donated $25 due to paying at the time of our order.

Burned bacon, mayo – although I asked for NONE -, none of the pickles I requested, and topped with hot lettuce – which I asked to leave off of my sandwich. Bacon is almost crayon black.

This is the WORST Sonic on the Eastern Shore! The only positive thing that I have to say is that the staff are polite to me, but the business operations are a disaster. The quality of menu items received is almost always subpar. I only visited today because I was given a Sonic gift card. We gave up on getting milkshakes at this location years ago, because they could never make them properly. Today, I sat at the main drive thru speaker for almost TEN minutes before anyone even said a word to me! When someone finally spoke to me, they did apologize for my wait and said they were in the middle of a shift change, but this reflects terribly on management. I feel bad for the employees that have to work in such a rundown location. Fix the damn potholes, it’s been years! I have about $10 left on my gift card but I won’t be returning to this location anymore. And I’ve seen the other responses to negative reviews, don’t bother encouraging me to escalate my feedback to the franchise owner, that is not my job… it is Sonics responsibility to hold their franchises accountable. I’ve already done my part with this one star review.

I was very disappointed. It wasn’t necessarily the customer service, it was the food. This was suppose to be a crispy chicken sandwich. Not only was the tomatoes bigger than the chicken patty itself, the chicken was so hard and obviously overcooked. I don’t see how someone would even serve this to a customer when I dang well know none of the employees would’ve even taken a bite out of it. Not only did it look like this but how in the world a french fry got in between the bun and chicken on the other side is beyond me. I left a 5 star review before, but now, I’m not even sure if it deserve 1 star. Every time I have came to this Sonic lately it has been terrible! I wish I would’ve had more time to be able to go in and complain but some of us do not have that luxury. I dont recommend coming here until they get it together. I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back to this location. Nothing like having 4 bites of chicken on a $9 chicken sandwich meal.
