Worst one I’ve ever been too. The manager that works nights is very rude and mean to her employees. I’ve witnessed it several times. She will talk down to them and cuss them out. This last time was the last straw for me. I heard her through the speaker bashing and cussing one of her workers who had already clocked out cause it was the end of their shift. She’s always anger and unwilling to comply with her employees. As a customer I was completely disgusted by the way she treats them. She doesn’t need to be a manager if she can treat her employees better. One time I was going to a stall and witnessed one of the employees drinking alcohol and management did nothing. If employees can drink on the job and management not do anything about it then there’s no telling what else is going on in or out the building

Nothing real good to say about this location. The guy bringing my food happen to be the only good thing at the place. The food was cold. Had to send back my order because it was wrong. The girl on the speaker ask me to speak louder. I would not have to if they would turn down the music. I love some Sonic food just not st this location.

If you visit this location, pay with a debit card. If you pay with CASH, the waitress will only bring you back the bills…she will keep your change WITHOUT ASKING OR MENTIONING IT. Keeping someone else’s money without their permission is stealing. Ice cream and french fries was nearly $10. The Reese blast did not have the equivalent of one Reese cup. I agree with the previous person. This is a waste of money!

Well I got a cheese burger I asked for tomatoes there wasn’t one on there. I asked for no mayo and it had mayo. My mom got a BLT but had no tomatoes. If they didn’t have any they should have just said so. But never did. I think there is a different crew there now cause the service is NOT THE SAME

What a freaking joke! Almost $9.00 (just for the jumbo chicken) it is literally just fried breading, there is NO chicken (Compare it to the size of the fork). Drink was all ice, about 3 ounces of drink – that was extra. Don’t waste your time eating at Russellville Sonic.
