I once gave this location a 5* review but the visit today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any sonic location. I placed my online order at 6:35 pm (from a online order pickup parking spot) and checked in as soon as I placed the order. After sitting here 11 minutes (6:46) I called the location. Sometimes you have to go through the drive-thru and they never tell you that until you call, so I called them (at 6:46) and they said they would bring it out to my car. Several cars have parked and got their food and left since I’ve been waiting. All I have is a supersonic cheeseburger and a large tots. I’m wring this review while I’m parked at sonic waiting and the time is now 7:17 and I’m still waiting. This both ridiculous and unacceptable. If this is supposed to be fast food, I would absolutely hate to see what slow food is. Normally I wouldn’t ask for a call back but this time I would definitely want to talk to someone.

We waited over ten minutes for our food order to come out to us after it had said it was on its way and delivered on the screen. Food was ok. Not fresh and hot like it should have been if it had come out on time. And wasn’t a hard order, just a drink and dill tator tots.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. I have never waited longer here than anywhere possible. Nothing works. Screen doesn’t. Pay at the car doesnt. They didn’t even have the right stall # when I ordered. I don’t understand what is happening here. Close it already

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars and not absolutely 0 is because of the carhop I had last night she was literally running trying to get all of her orders out and if it wouldn’t have been for her I would have just pulled off they need more carhops like that all I saw inside were people Standing there chit chatting I get the same cheeseburger every single time and they never put cheese on it it’s not that hard to put cheese on a cheeseburger especially after I waited 25 minutes on it just saying if you go to this sonic just be prepared don’t have any other plans cause you will be late

Gosh did i have to wait in line for 10 min? Yea, but the lady taking my order was beyond sweet and she made the wait manageable some how lol. It’s fast food so not high expectations there, I do value great interactions and this was a great encounter. Just passing thru but it’s marked in my maps as a reasonable place for service.

Waited five minutes after pushing button to be told to hold on. Waited another five minutes. Gave up and went through drive through. Sat at speaker for several minutes waiting – people were behind me waiting too. Yelled “hello?” – no response. I know the speakers were working because the person in front of me spoke to them. Finally gave up and drove off. To see three employees, one with a headset outside just chilling and talking.

I’ve had very good luck with mobile orders from this Sonic, always getting exactly what I ordered, having it brought out in a timely manner, and receiving good food and friendly service. As others have noted, it is unfortunate that they have removed as many ordering stalls as they have, but this is happening at all Sonics. At least the mobile app has gotten much more usable lately!

I love it ! The food is always good, I don’t think I have had a bad moment there yet, sometimes they are slow but there are only so many workers, can’t blame them, my favorite was the smasher burger, but I think it’s limited time. I don’t get the drinks – I don’t like the taste but the food is so good and cheap !
Edit – we went today and the girl who took our order was horrible… There wasn’t a rush. The girl at the window was AMAZING, she was so sweet. I am not going to let that one rude person affect my rating. The girl at the window needs a raise. Idk I think the girl over the com was just having a bad day. I didn’t wanna be rushed.
Edit 2 – to say I’m disappointed is an under statement. Some kids were working, it took them 20 whole minutes to make 3 drinks and a burger…was the order wrong? Yep every bit of it. This is something that will affect my rating. The burger wasn’t how I ordered and it was dripping with whatever kinda stuff they put on it. I asked for only ketchup and I got the whole thing… The drinks we had didn’t even come with what was advertised. I didn’t pay for boba for there to be none.
Edit 3 – this may stop me from coming every again and I have many who agree. My order is always a smashburger, cheese sticks and queso.. no more queso. Why would u take away something that sold so well? I LOVED it, it was the only reason I came back. I can get a hamburger at another place. I now have no reason to come here. Every time I come it gets worse. The service is now horrible there is a kid with blue hair who is awful! Stop taking away things people like, you know it upsets them. You will either take it away permanently or bring it back soon. It’s most likely a marking strategy but no. You lost me. I understand that I’m one person and it doesn’t matter what I do but you’re not a corporation without us. Bring the queso back, and teach your employees better. NONE of these kids should be working. ( The one lady is still wonderful ) Only reason I stay at a 2 stars is because I like that woman at the drive through and the smashers are good. If I can give the service and atmosphere a 0 I would, but I’m not sure if I can.

I sat at the drive thru for 3 minuets before anyone even acknowledged me. Then i was told to wait, which I did. After several more minuets i started a timer. After 5 minuets on the timer someone finally answered. In total I waited over 10 minuets before they asked to take my order. I left just left at that point.
