The food was cold as hell!!! Didnt get the order right at all! Drinks was nasty as hell! I’m pissed! Not just one item of food messed up but the whole order!!! Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal w/ tots and coco berry cream drink. Also a Coney footlong with onions w/ tots and Strawberry limeade w/ lemons.

The staff at the Sonic are amazing – so friendly! They’re the reason I keep coming back, even when I get extremely frustrated at the app not working (but the app has actually gotten so much better recently…)! 🙂

DO NOT EAT AT THIS SONIC! They left out half of my food and refused to make it right because it was 11:59p. The manager refused to give me my money back or my food. She even refused to give me her name and hung up on me. If it were up to me she wouldn’t have a job tomorrow. This restaurant would benefit from customer service training.

This sonic is bad. Don’t go here. Took them 10-15 minutes to complete my 1 drink. (RT 44 coke with a lemon wedge.) And it wasn’t busy. There were 2 other cars there. I asked for light ice thru the app, did not get that either. And please keep in mind there have been more instances of bad service, I simply gave them the benefit of the doubt. They are struggling to fill orders correctly and to rectify them when you correct them. And when you do correct them many of the workers aren’t kind to you. I have experienced that multiple times as well. Go somewhere else, you’ll be better off for it.

How am I supposed to eat my food without a fork. I called back and asked for a fork and ketchup and said she’d be right now. 12 minutes goes by and it’s just sitting here getting cold. This happened all the time! What do you do when your order is wrong or you’re missing something because anytime you call back they say okay but never show up. How long does it take to grab a fork and a few packs of ketchup. This has happened when they forgot my husbands fries. Literally after calling and waiting so long we eventually just had to call out to the girl that was bringing food out to people. So i called back again and said I’m still waiting or a fork and ketchup and the lady said you want ketchup? And I said and a fork and before I could get out and a fork she hung up and only brought out ketchup. I had to ask her to go back and get a fork but at this point it was 20 minutes late and my food was cold and starting to not be any good.

So i ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster and a pretzel with chz! I said no onion on the burger. Then he asked if i wanted the onion ring & i specifically said ,”yes, i definitely want the onion ring , just no chopped onions”. I got my order fast, but with no cheese for pretzel, because they’re out, but they failed to tell me that when i ordered, otherwise i wouldn’t have ordered it!!!! Then i go to eat my sandwich, which is cold, & no onion ring! I push the button & ask politely for an onion ring for my sandwich & this is what was brought!!! Should’ve been 2 since it doesn’t compare to the size of my burger
