Very nice place to eat. Great food selections for meals, desserts and snacks. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Delicious pizza cooked in a wood fire bakers oven. The Margherita was delicious, chunkier sauce, dough made with All purpose flour so it has more of a bready flavor, and fresh sweet basil. A bit difficult to find parking, but thats due to how busy they are and the snow.

I’ve gone to Elm Street Bakery twice now, brought my partner with me the second time and have told no less than 15 people that they need to stop in if they’re in the area.

I feel like I’m walking into a movie set when I come here. It’s just so quaint and lovely. And in the fall, it’s simply one of the best ways to spend a chilly morning.

You’ll have excellent food from the kitchen, items from the bakery, and coffee. They also serve alcohol and lunch items but I haven’t tried them yet. Service is quick and friendly.

Truly one of my new favorite places and well worth the 20 minute drive from Buffalo. Stay a while longer and stop at the other cute shops in East Aurora, including Second Nature right next door.

The breakfast sandwich was good but I was not expecting it to be pre-made and cold. The hot tea was nice and high quality but it’s always better if they give you a little plate to put your tea bag on for once it’s done steeping. Otherwise, kind staff, bustling atmosphere, and good variety of items.

Elm Street Bakery is an absolute gem. The food is outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The atmosphere is just as impressive: warm, cozy, and incredibly inviting. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel embraced the moment you walk in, like a comforting warm hug on a cold day.

It truly deserves a visit. Highly recommended!

We visited for the first time today and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the owner, Kim, was incredibly welcoming, and the entire staff was warm and attentive. We ordered the breakfast pizza and the French toast—both were absolutely delicious. The coffee was outstanding as well. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and we can’t wait to come back. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to our friends! This is now my favorite brunch spot.

An amazing and cozy spot to have your breakfast and start the day right! We got there just before the rush which was very lucky. The staff was super helpful and even recommended us spots to try in NYC (that was our destination) Will recommend anyone to try this out!!

Food and bread was very fresh and on point. And the kitchen super clean

This is my go-to bakery in the Southtowns. Their bread and pastries are always fantastic, and their breakfast sandwiches are my FAV. I miss when they were open for dinner too! They used to make this green curry chicken with rice that I still dream about sometimes.

Was really disappointed in this place. Stopped in while visiting from NYC.

The line was wrapped around the store and no employees were managing it or telling anyone where to stand. When it was time for me to order, the older woman who was taking my order put her finger up to me ☝️to wait while she chit chatted with another employee.

When she finally took my order and we paid, she didn’t give us any direction on where to get our food or drinks, and just shuffled us out of the way to take the next customer. It felt as though there was an assumption everyone there was a regular, and we didn’t receive any direction, kindness or even respect from her.

As coffee lovers, my husband and I ordered a cappuccino, a pumpkin spice latte, and an iced matcha, along with a breakfast sandwich. The cappuccino was a latte (way too much milk), and the espresso was burnt and bitter in both drinks. The matcha was also underwhelming and dark green in color (old and/ or oxidized).

The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was generally nice, but this isn’t the place to go if you are looking for a really great espresso or high quality drink.

The prices are very unreasonable for what they are serving.

This restaurant has the illusion of being nice/ high quality, but they’re serving cheap, poorly made items without care. You can see it in the low rise of their loafs, poorly made drinks, and stingy sandwiches.
