This is the best Sonic in north Alabama. If I’m craving Sonic, I’ll go out of my way and literally bypass other Sonics to patronize this location. It’s always clean and manicured. The food and drinks are always fresh and made exactly to order. I’ve never had an error with an order, which is not something I can say about other locations.

They just need to close this location down or hire new management. They are never consistent and heaven forbid you do a mobile order and it’s incorrect the money is definitely gone because the refund doesn’t go back on the card and no matter what you order or how many cars are there it’s a guarantee that you will be there 30 minutes plus .* update the GM Karen turned my negative experience into a positive by simply taking the time out of her day to call and see what could make things better

This store needs new management and a whole new crew. I usually order through door dash but have had several bad experiences in the last couple months. Today I decided to go myself because I thought door dash was the problem. Apparently not. Location had a heavily trashed parking lot. I waited over 20 minutes for a 3 item order. The burger was cold and inedible. The tots were ice cold and disgusting. And my footlong coney was overcooked and hard. Very disappointing to not be able to eat the food I just purpurchased.

Received wrong order and no spoons for the blasts. Ice cream was melted by the time they finally brought some spoons. Had to reorder the item they left off and after waiting 15 minutes, had to change the order because they ran out of Reeces. Did I mention they are really slow?

This location is honestly a joke! They need to either clean house employee wise or tear it down! I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes!! That’s honestly ridiculous. I had lunch orders so of course I waited. But I’ll never go back to this location! Clearly they need HELP!!!!!

We paid for our meal, and the “manager” canceled it out. Then expected us to pay for it a second time, claiming that the money was refunded. IT WAS NOT! She then told us to either pay her again or give her our order back, because she refused for her register to be short.
If you can’t do your job correctly, please don’t do it. She did the order wrong, took our money, then wanted us to pay again. Was very rude and disrespectful, throwing her hands around at my husband. I do not recommend this place!

Spent $30+ on a mobile order. Half our order was wrong, ice cream add ins were not provided. 2/3 of the Sonic Blasts were just plain ice cream after you got past the first half inch of toppings.
They gave us two spoons for five ice creams. Rang the buzzer and asked for more, waited five minutes, and finally gave up tl and left.
What a terrible experience. Our kids were really excited for an ice cream night and Sonic ruined it.

If you haven’t been in there then maybe you don’t get out of the house very often but I guarantee you you ever go there you’ll remember it it’s a very good place to eat and lots of food when you get ready to order your money goes a little further there

This place has fallen. Badly. You order food here and you wait an hour for it. When you finally DO get it, its usually wrong. And God FORBID you order food at night. Its old and inedible. My chicken tonight is supposed to be TOSSED in BBQ sauce and its not. It barely has any on it. Its hard and old. You overcharge for it and I can’t even eat it. Your corndogs, which are my favorite thing to eat from there, is old and inedible. The only thing thats even fresh-ish is the cheddar peppers and YOU FORGOT MY RANCH. Wont come back.
