This place is absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service. We waited in line for 20 minutes or more for cold food and I got a white milk for my daughter which smelt rotten. The employee was disrespectful to me and so rude acting like I was some idiot. I don’t care what the dates say the milk smelt as if it had spoiled or been sitting out too long. The employee treated us awful and when told he was being disrespectful and rude called us a holes stating we were in “his parking lot” I don’t know what this Mcds is doing but it should probably get new employees. The lady on the phone wasn’t too helpful either why would I drive all the way back with a full milk claiming it smelt gross if it didn’t. That’s dumb and a waste of my time. It’s not that hard to be understanding or have good customer service. Please do better. I guess at least they tried to give us fresh fries but they still taste old so idk how that’s even possible… never coming back here. The employee literally was asking my husband what he was going to do about it when he started cussing my husband out and my husband told him to go away like what the heck this is a professional business not a high school. I had to waste all the food and go to a completely different restaurant because the food was so old and disgusting. I’ll be calling corporate to report this ridiculous behavior

Never and I mean NEVER go here after 11pm. The overnight crew has zero care or clue for what they are doing. They have handed out my to go order to other people FIVE times. They’re constantly closing early or doing maintenance and not one employee has been kind. Please go to another location

The managers name who was Skylar was rude and disrespectful to me . I came through last night and got a big Mac with nothing but lettuce and one patty on it, but when I came back around and told her the situation, she just got all smart with me like I did something to it, all I wanted was a regular big Mac and practically got a salad in-between buns. Don’t recommend coming here at all, would rather go to the one on mlk. She is not a good manager at all and needs to be fired if she acts that way to customers. Will get into contact with hiring management, she treats the employees terrible too, overhead her yelling at one of them about the patties? She needs to get checked about her attitude.

Worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. This north college location consistently gets orders wrong, burgers put together like an infant did the job honestly. Wrong order given to me the last 3 times I visited the place. I never leave bad reviews but this is an awfully ran fast food restaurant, and it’s so bad Im compelled to tell others about our experiences here. Seriously it’s really bad and I wouldnt recommend anyone eating here ever.

Gave me someone else’s order and got short changed by $6 on the value of the meal got vs ordered. Very frustrating, employees behind the window need to pay more attention to work rather than looking at there company’s maintenance crew as there walking out checking them out with there eyes.

Not great, was having troble with the app and tried to get help. Finally gave up on getting help. Than we ordered a combo and ask for a large tea. We were charged addional. 75 cents when the menu said all drinks were 1.00. Posted picture of there prices. When I ask they said it was 2.00 and told them there menu did not reflect that, didn’t seem to care.

Absolutely, the nastiest McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life. The floor was wet, all over, with I think condensation. ALL the tables were nasty and looked like they had not been cleaned since breakfast, and to top it off, there was a man throwing up in front of of McDonald in the grassy part as we drove into the parking lot. That should have been my sign. The man was going back and forth doing the same thing and I saw two workers that saw this man doing this and apparently, it was the norm.
I will never crave McDonald the same way again.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes with one car ahead of me. They would take one order then wait so long to take another. They finally answered me when I asked in anyone was there. The girl at the window, Hailee, was sweet but clueless and untrained. Don’t go here if you are in a hurry.
