This was my first visit to this Sonic. I decided to stop on my way to work and pick something up to eat. i ordered the Chili Cheese Coney, a small cheese sticks, and caramel shake. My order was delivered within 5 minutes to me however the quality of the food was tremendously sub standard! They say one photo speaks volumes? Well my two photos of the chili cheese coney should be screaming! The meat was so tough and over cooked it was black. Looked like something they pulled off the parking lot that had been laying in the hot sun all day. I asked to speak with the manager but instead the original server came and was very humble about the entire problem. I was expecting the manager to come talk with me since I felt they were the quality control person of the food going out the door. He told me he would have them make me a fresh one and bring it right out. Well after 20 minutes of waiting I had to leave with no replacement or be late for work. I would advise everyone to not even eat here if the quality of their food compares to my photos of what I received. I thought it an oxymoron that the sign above their entrance door read “served fresh everyday”….seriously? If this is their idea of fresh is I would shutter to wonder what is fresh! I will not be returning to this sonic but I do plan on getting my money back for the coney from their corporate offices. I will not recommend anyone eat at this establishment until they have either a better manager who cares about quality control or better trained cooks. Apparently both are there just for the paycheck alone

The new smash burger is pretty good. But our service was even better. Cash was our carhops name. She was super friendly. With every one she was serving. And she had the kindest smile. Keep her on your team!!! Oh my cherry limeade was fire !!!

Great staff. Quick service. No problem with order. If you stop by you should try the double stuff Oreo in a cup!!! It was an overall awesome experience.

Unless you have 2 years to wait on food I wouldn’t go here it’s bad when McDonald’s can get your food to you quicker than they can here especially when you ordered on the app 20 min prior.

Food was fresh and order was correct. Wait time was a little longer than expected since there was only 3 other vehicles on the lot, but since I wasn’t in a rush it didn’t cause an inconvenience for me.. If you have limited time you probably want to choose a restaurant with a drive thru though.

Friendly service, if you get the “special” (whatever it may be at your time of visit) the price is great and most of the time good and fresh. I agree with what some of the others say about being slow on bringing your order. If ordering something other than the special their food is a bit expensive for fast food.

Food was good but service was terrible. Who serves chili cheese fries without napkins? Took 10 minutes to get our order AFTER getting the message that it was ready and on the way. Then, when finally delivering the order, the carhop walked away with the shake we had ordered, still on his tray.

I wish Zero or negative stars were allowed. The food was the worst I’ve ever had. I usually love Sonic but this was nasty! The tots were burnt, the cheddar peppers were soggy, the fountain drinks were just carbonated water, and the burgers were dripping so much grease from the closed wrappers that I had to go somewhere to change clothes due to grease dripping all over my clothes. Then my husband literally was sick and vomiting within an hour, and only started to feel better this morning!
