Not only did they come out clearly not wanting to be there, we got home and one shake didn’t have the Oreos in it when it was an OREO shake. We thought we would try the peppermint BROWNIE bark shake….it was great if you like nothing but melted ice cream with chopped up peppermints and NO brownies. Will not ever be returning to this location.

I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper and that comes with coconut syrup, lime and SWEET CREAM, not ice cream this will be my second time buying this from them and it not having the right things in it. First time it exploded on me. I will not be going back to this sonic again.

Def packed during meal times but otherwise easy to deal with. We use the app to order when we show up because it’s easier. The food is great but more than once we have gone and items have been missing from our bag, usually during the really busy times. Otherwise, the food had been great. Get extra cookie dough, always worth it.

Do not go to Sonic if you have a 30 min lunch. I ordered pickle fries and red velvet shake. Took 15 mins then they brought me regular fries and the guy just turned and walked away with the fries and shake had to hollar at him for my drink atleast and I assume they was cooking me some pickle fries. Idk because the guy just turned and walked off so I had to page them back to ask what was going on with my food and how long. Needless to say I did not have time to eat the HOT GREASY pickle fries. Not the first time I said I was not going back. But I mean it this time.

The new groovy fries were overcooked . It was like potato chips . I gave them to my dog you should hear him crunching on the fries . The drink had too much ice in it so it was very little drink . The hamburgers were good

Waited over 15 mins and Noone answered the speaker. Ordered my food online and someone finally came over the speaker to take my order. When I got my order and took a bite of it, I got a mouthful of raw tomato and the ultimate meat and cheese burrito doesn’t come with tomatoes. Over all a bad experience.

30 minutes I waited for an order ahead. Took 15 minutes to find out there was only one carhop. Turns out my order had already been ready and they didn’t send it because all the school kids were getting drinks/ice cream. At least five someone the option to retrieve their own food if needed.

We had a group of 15, we had traveled to play volleyball at Bevill. The staff was trying to hold it together, until orders were wrong. They were very aggravated and rude so most of us just ate whatever they gave us, even if it was wrong. When we told them about missing orders they just said “they are cooking it” then never brought it. At the very end, one girl still didn’t have her food so we told the lady and she walked back there and grabbed the bag that had been sitting there. We spent 2 hours there waiting on food, and some still had to eat on the bus. Very poor service.
